Development Operations & Performance Optimization - Establish CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, and automated testing frameworks (Apex Tests, Selenium, Jest for LWC). - Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging using Salesforce logs, Apex Replay Debugger, and SOQL optimization techniques. - Implement Salesforce Shield Encryption and Field Audit Trail to ensure compliance with healthcare data protection policies. - Lead DevOps strategies for metadata management, version control, and deployment automation.
