Role Description We are currently seeking a Salesforce Fullstack Developer - Remote Canada Position. Our Salesforce Developers are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of Salesforce Developers provides our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. - Develop backend logic using Apex, including triggers, classes, batch jobs, and integrations. - Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components. - Customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. - Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs and integrate Salesforce with external systems. - Work on data modeling, schema design, and data migrations within Salesforce. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities. - Support CI/CD processes and version control using tools like Git and Copado. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and governance standards. Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development. - 6+ years experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura. - 6+ years experience with Salesforce data model, SOQL/SOSL, and platform limitations. - 6+ years experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. - 6+ years experience working with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Copado, Jenkins). - 3+ years experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules). - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Requirements - Nice to Have; (But not a must): - Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Architect certifications). - Experience with Experience Cloud or Salesforce Communities. - Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi). - Experience with JavaScript frameworks and modern front-end development practices. - Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries. - Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. - Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administration. • Work with our customers to define requirements, propose & deliver solutions related to their Sales processes • Support architecture and own configuring best-in-class implementations of Sales Cloud • Configure Salesforce Solutions using point and click tools available on the platform eg. Process Builder and Visual Flows • Understand and leverage Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions • Partner with our Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions for our customers • Coach and mentor your junior team members on best practices to deliver your projects • Interface directly with Salesforce to craft new solution perspectives • Support our Pre-Sales team with industry perspectives, demos, and deal execution • Craft thought leadership pieces that accelerate the NeuraFlash brand within the Sales Transformations space • Quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and major launches

• Lead solution discovery and technical design architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds and client implementations • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and efficient Salesforce solutions • Guide discovery, lead design sessions, and facilitate stakeholder alignment from inception to successful project completion • Deliver fixed-scope or rapid implementation projects, working collaboratively alongside internal project teams and external clients • Mentor internal team members, contributing to technical standards, deployment best practices, and team growth • Oversee go-live readiness, ensuring seamless deployments and system adoption

• Supports building and enhancing Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning components, and declarative tools while following established coding standards and requirements. • Assists with developing and maintaining Salesforce integrations, including validating data, testing workflows, and learning integration methods such as REST and SOAP APIs. • Works with business analysts and senior developers to understand requirements, solution designs, and clearly communicate progress, issues, and risks. • Helps ensure code quality by writing unit tests, participating in code reviews, and supporting deployments using established release processes. • Maintains clear and accurate technical documentation for development work and updates it as systems change or are enhanced.
