About the role We’re looking for a strategic, client-facing Salesforce Solution Architect to join our growing consulting firm. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on solving complex business challenges, shaping digital transformation initiatives, and guiding clients across industries through impactful Salesforce solutions. As a Solution Architect, you’ll lead project delivery from discovery through deployment—translating business needs into elegant, scalable Salesforce solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, consultants, and developers, all while serving as a trusted advisor to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their goals and translating them into Salesforce-driven solutions - Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce implementations that are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices - Lead technical discovery, solution design, prototyping, and roadmap development - Navigate projects with moderate ambiguity, providing clarity and structure while staying flexible to evolving needs - Consistently deliver on-time, high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and analysts to deliver value efficiently - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams - Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices - Stay current with Salesforce product releases, features, and roadmap developments - Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, best practices, and reusable assets Qualifications - 7+ years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions - Prior experience in a consulting, client-facing, or professional services environment - Deep expertise in core Salesforce offerings including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform, and Service Cloud Voice - Proven success leading enterprise-level Salesforce projects end-to-end - Demonstrated ability to drive clarity from ambiguity, making sound decisions without perfect information - Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule, with high client satisfaction - Strong skills in business analysis, solution design, and process mapping - Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and working in consulting environments - Excellent written and verbal communication skills—capable of leading client workshops and executive presentations - Ability to manage multiple priorities and client expectations in a fast-paced setting Preferred Skills & Experience - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Health Cloud Consultant, etc.) - Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL tools) - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure - Proficiency in enterprise architecture and data modeling - Experience in project management or leading multi-disciplinary teams - Prior work in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services is a plus Why join us? • work with senior architects to assess solution options and build reusable framework components • develop and configure across Field Service Lightning including Work Orders, Service Resources, Schedule Optimisation, Asset Management, and the Dispatcher Console • build production-grade Apex, LWC, Flow, and SOQL solutions • maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external systems • write clean, well-documented code with unit tests and participate in peer code reviews • operate independently and surface blockers early

Role Description We are currently seeking a Salesforce Fullstack Developer - Remote Canada Position. Our Salesforce Developers are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of Salesforce Developers provides our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. - Develop backend logic using Apex, including triggers, classes, batch jobs, and integrations. - Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components. - Customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. - Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs and integrate Salesforce with external systems. - Work on data modeling, schema design, and data migrations within Salesforce. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities. - Support CI/CD processes and version control using tools like Git and Copado. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and governance standards. Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development. - 6+ years experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura. - 6+ years experience with Salesforce data model, SOQL/SOSL, and platform limitations. - 6+ years experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. - 6+ years experience working with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Copado, Jenkins). - 3+ years experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules). - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
