Job Requirements
- Experience with TOTVS RM (Backoffice).
- Knowledge of financial, accounting and tax processes.
- Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, joins, stored procedures).
- Experience with reporting tools (RM Reports / Cubes / Metadata).
- Experience with integrations (API / WebService).
- Knowledge of version upgrades and patch application; troubleshooting in RM environments.
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in: Information Systems; Computer Science; Systems Analysis and Development; or related fields.
- Preferred / Nice-to-have:
- Experience in educational environments (TOTVS Educacional).
- Knowledge of TAF / tax / eSocial.
- Experience with tax reform projects (CBS/IBS).
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n).

The AdvanTEC team creates and deploys rapid prototypes of solutions that solve customer problems and leverage the broad portfolio of Carrier products and expertise. Reporting to the Associate Director of the North America AdvanTEC team, this position will require a hands-on, self-starting person responsible to support Global Enterprise Solutions team and the Key Account Managers in North America sales team in the creation and sale of innovative new solutions.
