Role Description Junior IT Project Coordinator to stanowisko dla osób, które chcą zdobywać praktyczne doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami IT, rozwijać kompetencje koordynacyjne i uczestniczyć w projektach od samego początku aż do końcowej realizacji. - Współuczestnictwo w planowaniu i harmonogramowaniu etapów projektów IT oraz bieżące monitorowanie ich realizacji pod nadzorem bardziej doświadczonych koordynatorów. - Wsparcie komunikacji w zespole projektowym i pomiędzy interesariuszami – przekazywanie informacji i zgłaszanie problemów przełożonym. - Pomoc w organizacji dokumentacji projektowej, raportowaniu postępów, prowadzeniu notatek ze spotkań i gromadzeniu informacji projektowych. - Identyfikacja potencjalnych zagrożeń terminowych i wsparcie w przygotowaniu działań naprawczych we współpracy z zespołem. - Aktywna nauka narzędzi wykorzystywanych w pracy projektowej (MS DevOps, pakiet Office). - Uczestnictwo w szkoleniach i warsztatach wewnętrznych w celu rozwoju kompetencji związanych z zarządzaniem projektami IT. Qualifications - Chęć nauki, inicjatywa własna, gotowość do rozwoju i udziału w szkoleniach. - Zorganizowanie, sumienność i skrupulatność w prowadzeniu dokumentacji. - Umiejętność współpracy w zespole, podstawowe zdolności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne. - Otwartość na feedback, elastyczność i adaptacja do zmieniających się wymagań projektowych. - Podstawowa znajomość zasad realizacji projektów IT (mile widziana ukończona uczelnia lub kurs z zakresu zarządzania projektami lub informatyki). - Podstawowa znajomość narzędzi do zarządzania projektami (mile widziane praktyki lub własne doświadczenie w korzystaniu z MS Project, DevOps, Jira, Trello, Excel). - Znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca komunikację w środowisku projektowym. - Certyfikaty: IPMA-D, PRINCE2 Foundation, PMI CAPM lub Agile Fundamentals (wymagany minimum 1 lub deklaracja udziału w szkoleniu w pierwszym roku pracy). The successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of technology delivery across multiple concurrent site launches — working with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and on-site teams to ensure each opening is delivered on time and to specification.
