We provide clean renewable energy at competitive rates to over three million residents and businesses through approximately one million customer accounts.  What You’ll Do  CPA is seeking a creative, detail-oriented professional to join our growing Communications and Marketing team as an Associate, Integrated Marketing.  This role assists with campaigns across both digital and traditional channels—including social media, email, website content, radio, advertising, and direct mail. The Associate will contribute to communications initiatives that support community engagement, customer education, external messaging, and customer retention. In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the Associate, Integrated Marketing will assist with content development, research, and analysis to help strengthen CPA’s brand visibility and outreach.  Who You’ll Work With  The Associate, Integrated Marketing reports to the Senior Associate, Communications and Marketing. The Administrator, Communications and Marketing will provide a range of administrative support functions, including but not limited to budget tracking, coordinating with vendors, and supporting day-to-day team operations. This role also helps facilitate routine communications with CPA’s external vendors and ensures that department records, tools, and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.  Who You’ll Work With  The Administrator, Communications and Marketing reports to the Senior Director, Communications and Marketing. In this role, the Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure Delivery will be a critical member of the Power Ready project delivery team. This role will manage various elements of the implementation of Power Ready including vendor contract management for the Design Build Contractor, Owner’s Representative, and Operations and Maintenance Contractors including tracking construction schedules and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. • Design and maintain end-to-end data architectures for analytics, reporting, and advanced data use cases across Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, and Tableau. • Define architectural standards and reference patterns that optimize performance, scale, and total cost of ownership. • Lead architectural decisions for Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS, including storage, compute separation, and workload isolation strategies. • Continuously evaluate and refine architectures to prevent overprovisioning and uncontrolled cloud spend. • Create and maintain architecture design documentation. • Design Snowflake architectures that optimize warehouse sizing, concurrency, auto‑suspend/resume, clustering, and data retention. • Implement Databricks cost controls including cluster policies, job optimization, workload separation, and efficient Spark configurations. • Architect AWS solutions with careful consideration of storage tiers, lifecycle policies, and usage‑based services. • Manage data storage and backup and recovery operations. • Manage individual product updates, cybersecurity and IT policies, and management and control of data throughout the enterprise. • Source project staff and consultants and oversee performance evaluation. • Monitor performance of cloud systems to determine cost and productivity levels and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure. • Administer cloud-based infrastructure including identity and access management, user permissions, and billing optimization. • Manage data storage and access needs, create and maintain databases, and upgrade database systems and software. • Create, enhance, document, and manage continuous improvement initiatives across data architectures. • Responsible for identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions to senior leadership, and leading the implementation of new tools, automation, and reporting frameworks that enable the team to scale and improve various systems. • Perform other duties as assigned.

This role will lead architecture decisions across Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, and Tableau, ensuring the organization maximizes the value of its data investments while maintaining predictable and sustainable platform costs.  The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with financial discipline, understands cloud consumption-based pricing models, and proactively designs architectures that balance business needs with cost control.    Who You’ll Work With  The Data and Systems Architect reports to the Director, Data & Systems and is supported by a team of technology professionals, along with external stakeholders, consultants, our data manager, and our business partner, Southern California Edison (SCE). • CPA seeks an experienced, highly organized, detailed-oriented, and enthusiastic Project Manager, Settlements to provide operational, analytical, compliance, and other support. • Responsible for reviewing and identifying discrepancies with our California Independent System Operator (CASIO) and bilateral counterparty invoices. • Validating transactions of wholesale market products. • Performing after the fact analysis on settlements and Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR). • Manage the CAISO settlement process for assigned less complex charge codes. • Responsible for the review and validation of bilateral counterparty settlements for assigned less complex contracts of CPA's Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). • Validate transactions of energy, Resource Adequacy capacity, Renewable Energy Credits (RECs), carbon free energy, and other wholesale products. • Responsible for providing accurate accruals and timely delivery data to Finance for assigned contracts. • Conduct analysis to identify trends and anomalies that impact operations. • Participate in the monthly and annual CRR process and analyze the results to identify trends and opportunities for improvements. • Perform other duties as assigned.

This role will manage and coordinate initiatives that support local government sustainability efforts, including innovative programs designed to accelerate electrification and clean energy adoption.  The Project Manager will oversee key aspects of program implementation, including coordinating program enrollment, monitoring project progress, and managing stakeholder communications related to the Energized Communities program, focusing on the Electric Fleet and Innovation Fund initiatives. In this role, you will build and apply models to optimize portfolio value, evaluate congestion and market risk, inform bidding and Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) strategies, and assess the impacts of market policy and design changes, with a focus on storage resources. You will translate complex market and policy drivers into clear recommendations that help CPA manage risk and improve financial performance.   Who You’ll Work With  The Advisor, Energy Markets and Optimization reports to the Senior Manager, Market Operations.
