• Develop and execute a territory plan for UAE enterprise and strategic accounts; map white space, key stakeholders, and buying centers. • Build and manage a healthy pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets; create multi-threaded executive relationships. • Lead complex sales cycles for professional and managed services (e.g., advisory/assessments, implementation, managed XDR/SIEM, cloud & identity security). • Run discovery, solution shaping, value articulation, and ROI/TCO narratives with senior client stakeholders. • Recruit, enable, and co-sell with key partners, drive deal registration, joint go to market, and partner-led pipeline. • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite, security leaders, IT operations, and procurement/commercial teams. • Navigate UAE procurement processes (tenders/RFPs/RFIs, vendor pre-qualification, contract reviews) and coordinate internal approvals (legal, finance, delivery). • Own pricing, proposals, SoWs, and risk mitigation; drive compelling bids with presales and solution architects. • Land, expand, and renew multi‑year service contracts; identify cross‑sell/upsell motions across security, cloud, network, data, and compliance services. • Conduct QBRs/EBRs with clients and partners; track outcomes against success metrics and SLAs.

Role Description As Sales Manager you will be responsible for expanding the business, through named accounts and strong account management with large SI's, via direct and indirect channels to global clients. The role requires development of their own strategic customer base. You will partner with the Solutions team to offer innovative solutions to support targeted business growth. Critically this role is responsible for leading, developing, supporting and inspiring sales globally. This role is to define and implement account/sale plans that develop and grow new and existing client relationships and opportunities for A&O IT service offerings, to secure profitable expansion to lines of business across specific key clients. - Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed expectations from India based customers. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. - Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. - Sales Process Management: Implement and oversee a structured sales process to ensure efficient lead generation, qualification, and closure. - Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction. - Negotiation: Successfully negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers to maximize revenue and profitability. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the IT services industry, specifically with large SI's. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations in a competitive market. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. - In-depth knowledge of the IT services market and selling IT Services. - Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools. - Fluency in English and local languages. • Own and drive project plans for new store technology deployments from pre-build through to go-live • Manage stakeholder communication across internal teams, contractors, and suppliers • Coordinate delivery of network infrastructure, retail technology (POS/EPOS), and AV systems across each site • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues; escalate appropriately • Produce clear, timely project reporting for senior stakeholders • Liaise across EMEA time zones to maintain programme momentum
• Provide break/fix support for printers, MFPs, laptops, desktops, and associated hardware. • Diagnose and repair devices to board level with accuracy and efficiency. • Deliver Level 1 desk side support for Windows-based systems. • Perform hands-and-feet network support, including troubleshooting connectivity issues, replacing equipment, and assisting remote teams with escalations. • Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and updates in service systems. • Ensure excellent customer service and communication at all times. • Travel to various customer locations across the UK as required.

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract - 1099 basis Duration: 6 months Start Date: 20 April 2025 — immediate availability required Location: East coast USA Travel: EMEA coordination required; some site visits likely We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a programme of new retail store openings on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of technology delivery across multiple concurrent site launches — working with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and on-site teams to ensure each opening is delivered on time and to specification. This is a fast-moving, hands-on role. The right person will be comfortable operating at pace, managing competing priorities, and keeping complex delivery programmes on track.
