About the role Verndale is looking for a Project Manager passionate about delivering world-class interactive experiences. Our work spans experience design, digital marketing, eCommerce and CMS implementations, CRM programs, and content development. You thrive on creating order from disorder, proactively managing complex, enterprise-scale websites and web applications. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, driving plans that deliver great work and real value, while also contributing as a digital consultant. Responsibilities - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables lists with internal teams and clients. - Manage many simultaneous day-to-day tasks - Proactively solve problems: Get the right people involved and contribute actively to solutions. - Produce and support client-facing documents: briefs, requirements, specs, wireframes, site maps, and mockups. - Drive teams to meet timelines; maintain the critical path and hold regular standups and design reviews. - Facilitate alignment across Verndale teams, clients, and third parties; remove barriers to progress. - Negotiate issues through the project lifecycle; escalate to leadership when needed. - Deliver regular status reports; maintain weekly budget reports for leadership. - Stay current on emerging technologies and identify opportunities for clients. - Support account revenue growth through strong client knowledge and project awareness. Qualifications - 3+ years managing teams building CMS-backed websites, web apps, or mobile apps in an agency environment. - 2–5 years of full-lifecycle web project management for consumer and/or business-oriented sites. - 1–3 years managing client relationships in an agency or consultancy. - Solid grasp of PM tools, techniques, and processes — and when to apply each. - Working knowledge of HTML. - Broad understanding of web project disciplines: Strategy, UX, visual design, front/back-end dev, - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; drives progress despite obstacles. - Effective in a matrix team: Build cohesive teams across varied personalities. - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; strong customer service orientation. - Able to juggle competing priorities under pressure; grace in a fast-paced environment. - Web design/development experience a plus. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
