Job Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience supporting Western executives, ideally from Australia, the US, or the UK
  • Near-perfect written and spoken English
  • Strong phone presence with excellent communication and professionalism
  • Proven ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-performance environments
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) – Essential
