Du liebst es, Cold-Mail-Sequenzen zu schreiben, Hypothesen zu testen und am Ende des Monats zu sehen, was wirklich Leads gebracht hat? Dann lies weiter. Wir sind eine wachsende E-Mail Marketing Agentur und unsere Kunden (E-Commerce Unternehmen) kennst du wahrscheinlich schon aus Die Höhle der Löwen und deinem Instagram-Feed. In den letzten Jahren sind wir auf 30+ Leute gewachsen, und dieses Jahr wollen wir nochmal kräftig dazulegen. Dafür bauen wir gerade unsere Go-to-Market-Maschine aus — Cold Mailing, LinkedIn, CRM-Workflows, Co-Marketing, Performance Ads. Der GTM-Plan steht bereits. Was fehlt: jemand, der die Kanäle operativ bespielt, Sequenzen optimiert, Ads schaltet und dafür sorgt, dass kontinuierlich qualifizierte Pipeline entsteht. Aufgaben - Cold Mailing & Outbound: Du pflegst und entwickelst unsere Clay-Enrichment-Workflows weiter, setzt Instantly-Kampagnen auf, schreibst Sequenzen, fährst A/B-Tests und monitorst Bounces, Deliverability und Reply-Rates. Du baust neue Segmente auf und holst das Maximum aus unserer Outbound-Maschine. - LinkedIn Outreach & Content Push: Du steuerst LinkedIn-Push-Kampagnen, strukturierst Content-Posting für Thomas und den Company-Account, und führst Engagement, Connection-Requests und DMs systematisch. - CRM-Workflows (Close): Du pflegst unser Close-CRM — Pipeline-Stages, Automatisierungen, Lead-Routing — und stellst die Integration mit Instantly, Clay und Make.com sicher. Du baust die Reporting-Basis auf. - Co-Marketing & Content-Aktivitäten: Klaviyo Co-Marketing operativ ausführen, Webinare planen und umsetzen, Whitepapers und Branchen-Reports erstellen (mit LLM-Support), Partner-Aktivitäten koordinieren. - Performance Marketing: LinkedIn Ads und Google Ads operativ schalten, Budget monitoren, Ergebnisse reporten, Landingpages für Paid-Kampagnen betreuen. - Website & Lead Magnets: Lead Magnets pflegen, Pop-ups und gated Content betreuen, Branchen-Landingpages anlegen und optimieren.Reporting & Auswertung: Monatliches Marketing-Reporting an Thomas, Funnel-KPIs und Pipeline-Impact pro Kanal, Experimente dokumentieren und Learnings festhalten. Qualifikation - Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (mindestens Bachelor) in Marketing, BWL, Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich. - Erfahrung: Mindestens 2 Jahre operative Berufserfahrung in B2B Marketing, Sales Marketing, GTM oder Growth — idealerweise in einem SaaS-Unternehmen oder einer Agentur. - Direct Response & Copywriting: Du hast schon Copy geschrieben, die performt — Betreffzeilen, Cold Mails, Ad Copy, Landingpages. Das ist kein Nice-to-have, sondern Kernkompetenz. - Performance-Denken: Du hast ein Grundgefühl für Zahlen, Reply-Rates, Conversion-Funnels und Cost-per-Lead. Du liebst A/B-Tests und datengetriebenes Arbeiten. - Hands-on mit Outbound-Tools: Clay, Instantly, Smartlead oder vergleichbar — nicht nur vom Namen kennen, sondern selbst damit gearbeitet. - CRM-Affinität: Close, HubSpot, Pipedrive oder ähnlich — Workflows bauen, nicht nur bedienen. - KI/LLM-Tool-Affinität: Du nutzt ChatGPT, Claude oder ähnliches aktiv im Arbeitsalltag für Research, Copy und Personalisierung.Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch gut. With a strong technological foundation and years of market presence, the company supports fintechs, PSPs, and digital merchants that require reliability, regulatory alignment, and room to grow. Role Overview As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for expanding the partner ecosystem in new regions, developing trusted relationships with key industry stakeholders, and driving the commercial adoption of the company’s payment technology infrastructure. This is not a general acquiring sales role — the ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of card infrastructure, banking IT systems, and processing center architecture, including how decisions are made within these institutions.
