JOB DESCRIPTION - The Senior CPFR Supply Planning Consultant plays a strategic role in leading and advancing collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment initiatives with key internal and external stakeholders. This position is critical to driving working capital efficiency, ensuring alignment between demand signals, replenishment strategies, and inventory investment across the network. The role involves leveraging data and analytics to influence demand and supply decisions, establish and evolve CPFR best practices, and proactively identify risks and opportunities across the supply chain. The Senior CPFR Supply Planning Consultant serves as a trusted partner to suppliers and internal teams, managing relationships, facilitating joint planning discussions, and translating insights into actionable strategies. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, the ability to work autonomously, and the confidence to lead cross‑functional discussions and drive change, ensuring consistent alignment and measurable improvements in supply chain efficiency and business performance. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES- - • Lead and evolve collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) processes with key suppliers and customers, ensuring alignment with service, inventory, and working capital objectives. • Own and facilitate strategic planning discussions with trading partners, including regular reviews of inbound fill rate, planned purchase forecasts, and forward‑looking supply strategies. • Serve as a primary liaison and thought partner to internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to enable effective collaboration, data transparency, and joint problem‑solving. • Analyze and interpret CPFR‑related KPIs, including inbound fill rate, forecast accuracy, assortment changes, and item substitution, translating insights into actionable recommendations. • Develop, prepare, and present executive‑ready CPFR dashboards, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities, with a strong emphasis on inventory optimization and working capital impact. • Leverage advanced analytics and reporting tools to support data‑driven decision‑making and influence planning and replenishment strategies. • Identify, recommend, and implement best practices to continuously improve CPFR effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability across the network. • Lead cross‑functional initiatives and projects to enhance forecasting methodologies, planning tools, and systems, ensuring sustainable improvements in performance. • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing applicability and recommending innovative solutions to strengthen CPFR capabilities. • Perform additional duties as required to support broader supply chain and business objectives. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) preferred. - 7 or more years of experience in supply chain management, forecasting, or inventory management, with a focus on CPFR processes. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES- - Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with multiple audiences (senior management, corporate/ distribution center teammates, etc.) - Project management experience in facilitating the definition of business requirements and designing and implementing solutions, including processes and managing change - Ability to identify emerging technology opportunities and successfully apply them to critical business problems - Demonstrated analytical skills with strong statistical awareness along with the ability to make and act on decisions with limited information - Ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple technology related disciplines - Ability to develop processes including requirements gathering and analysis design, selection of tools and technologies, release and version control, testing methodologies and deployment management - Demonstrated negotiation, persuasion, and conflict management skills; proven ability to serve as champion for multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to identify opportunities that lead to operational improvements and/or savings - Self-starter, ability to work independently and in a team, setting involving multiple departments, partners, and business processes ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS- - Minimal travel required to Company and customer locations in support of strategic initiatives and team goals - #LI-ST1 If you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
