The Role: As Sr. Supply Chain Analyst, you are the primary point of contact for all co-manufacturing partners. You hold partners accountable to timelines and quality standards and drive continuous improvement across our blending and filling operations. You'll work closely with Quality, Inventory, Material Allocation and Distribution teams internally, and represent RYZE externally with a professional, solutions-oriented approach. What You'll Do Co-Manufacturing Relationship Management: - Serve as the lead point of contact for all co-manufacturing partners across blending and filling operations - Own production scheduling, communication and escalation with co-mans — from PO issuance through delivery confirmation - Proactively identify and resolve production issues including delays, yield concerns and capacity constraints - Hold partners accountable to agreed SLAs and drive resolution when commitments are missed Cross-Functional Coordination: - Partner daily with Inventory and Material Allocation to align production output with coverage targets and demand signals - Coordinate with Quality on incoming inspections, hold management and corrective actions at co-man sites - Work with Distribution to align inbound shipment timing and prioritize fulfillment against active OOS situations - Support the Demand Planner in translating forecasts into actionable production schedules Operational Improvement: - Lead continuous improvement efforts at co-manufacturing sites — waste reduction, throughput, lead time compression - Build and maintain production tracking tools that give the ops team real-time visibility into open orders and output status - Document SOPs and lead onboarding of new co-manufacturing partners as RYZE scales - Support commissioning of new production lines in 2026, including pouch, stick pack and blending equipment Who You Are: - 5+ years of experience in supply chain or operations within CPG, with direct co-manufacturing management experience - Hands-on background in blending, filling or related food/beverage manufacturing — you understand what happens on the floor - Strong communicator who can manage partner relationships firmly and professionally without burning bridges - Detail-oriented and proactive — you catch problems early and come to every conversation with context and a plan - Comfortable working cross-functionally in a lean, fast-moving team environment - Experience in adjacent categories (supplements, snacks, personal care, etc.) is a plus — we value broad CPG fluency Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Food Science or related field — or equivalent experience - Demonstrated experience managing co-manufacturing partners in a CPG setting - Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning tools - Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for production tracking and reporting - Ability to travel 20–30% to co-manufacturing sites, primarily in the US - East Coast location strongly preferred for time zone alignment with partners What We Offer: - Performance bonus eligibility - Benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, flexible PTO - A fully remote work environment and the chance to work with RYZE’s operations team
