Role Description We're looking for a fast-moving, highly creative, and strategy-minded TikTok Strategist & Creator to own and grow our TikTok presence with content that is culturally relevant, original, and built to perform. - Understand that TikTok is its own world, spotting opportunities early and turning ideas into content quickly without sacrificing quality or brand fit. - Help RYZE expand its reach into a Gen Z audience while maintaining the brand's established 30+ community. - Shape the brand's TikTok voice and develop content concepts native to the platform. - Manage execution from idea to posting and look for ways to improve performance based on actual results. What You’ll Do: - Own the day-to-day TikTok content strategy and execution. - Develop original, platform-native content ideas that align with brand goals and audience interests, focusing on Gen Z relevance and growth. - Identify trends, sounds, formats, creator behaviors, and cultural moments with strong Gen Z traction. - Move quickly from concept to execution, often turning around ideas in real time. - Create or direct engaging short-form videos designed for strong watch time, shares, saves, and conversation. - Write hooks, captions, on-screen text, and content briefs optimized for TikTok. - Develop content strategies and series that attract and retain a younger audience while staying true to RYZE's brand identity. - Manage the TikTok content calendar while remaining flexible to jump on timely opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams, creators, editors, and brand stakeholders to bring ideas to life. - Be on camera when needed or direct talent/creators to capture content naturally and engagingly. - Analyze content performance and use insights to refine future creative direction, including tracking Gen Z audience growth metrics. - Help define what the brand should and should not do on TikTok. - Test new content formats, storytelling styles, and series concepts to find repeatable winners, especially with Gen Z resonance. - Stay deeply tapped into TikTok culture, adapting trends in a smart way. - Travel to Tier 1 events, activations, and brand experiences as needed to capture real-time content and support on-site social execution. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in TikTok content creation, social strategy, or social media management. - Proven track record of creating or managing TikTok content that performs. - Demonstrated experience growing or engaging a Gen Z audience on TikTok. - Strong instinct for what makes content feel native to TikTok versus overly polished or branded. - Ability to think strategically about multi-audience content. - Deep understanding of TikTok storytelling, hooks, pacing, editing style, and audience behavior. - Strong creative judgment and a sharp eye for what is interesting, timely, and worth posting. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. - Able to generate ideas independently and execute from end-to-end. - Strong writing skills for short-form scripts, captions, and creative briefs. - Comfortable analyzing metrics and translating performance into action. - Highly organized and able to balance planned content with reactive content. - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, brand, influencer, or paid teams is a plus. - Proficient in AI platforms. - Video editing or content capture skills are a plus. - Experience being on camera or directing on-camera talent. • Build and maintain a centralized People Office project management ecosystem across tools including Notion, Asana, and Google Sheets — creating dashboards, trackers, and status reports that give the VP and senior leadership real-time visibility into all active initiatives. • Own cross-functional project accountability for major People Office initiatives — including the Talent Acquisition rebuild and HR systems/technology stack implementation — by tracking milestones, surfacing risks, and ensuring director-level owners remain on schedule without taking over their workstreams. • Serve as the VP of People Operations and Strategy's operational right hand: manage OKR tracking for the entire People function, coordinate follow-ups with director-level direct reports, and prepare summaries and briefings that keep leadership informed and aligned. • Lead the development of one-pagers, training materials, and reference guides to support Workday adoption and HR systems rollouts, in partnership with the relevant functional owners. • Support the Legal team on one-off projects and scheduling coordination, acting as a dependable cross-functional resource for time-sensitive or ad hoc initiatives. • Design and maintain reporting cadences and escalation pathways that ensure commitments across People programs are visible, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner. • Create performance-driven storyboards for social media ads • Define the full visual flow of each ad — talking head, B-roll, actions • Specify exactly what the actor is doing and showing in every moment • Provide clear direction to editors on what to do (include stock footage, generate with AI, etc) • Develop strong hooks, angles, and structures based on what’s currently working • Think in scroll-stopping moments, pattern interrupts, and retention drivers • Iterate concepts based on performance data and feedback • Stay on top of trends, formats, and winning ad patterns • Collaborate closely with marketing, editors, and copywriters to improve results • Edit ads when needed to execute or refine your concepts
• Execute page configuration, content uploads, and product setup across Shopify and Recharge • Support sale and promotion changeovers, ensuring accuracy and timely updates • Perform pre- and post-launch QA checks to ensure site functionality and user experience across devices • Assist with CRO test setup, including product configurations and offer variations • Monitor and escalate site bugs, partnering with internal teams for resolution • Support Recharge operations, including sync processes and discount setup • Populate and update content pages (blogs, recipes, landing pages) • Update site content, including product pages, bundles, landing pages, and promotions • Support execution of product launches, homepage updates, and seasonal campaigns • Conduct QA and UAT testing for site updates, ensuring a seamless experience • Coordinate with engineering/technical teams to troubleshoot bugs and test customer flows. • Help ensure tracking tools (pixels, tags, events) are functioning properly.

The Role: As Sr. Supply Chain Analyst, you are the primary point of contact for all co-manufacturing partners. You hold partners accountable to timelines and quality standards and drive continuous improvement across our blending and filling operations. You'll work closely with Quality, Inventory, Material Allocation and Distribution teams internally, and represent RYZE externally with a professional, solutions-oriented approach. What You'll Do Co-Manufacturing Relationship Management: - Serve as the lead point of contact for all co-manufacturing partners across blending and filling operations - Own production scheduling, communication and escalation with co-mans — from PO issuance through delivery confirmation - Proactively identify and resolve production issues including delays, yield concerns and capacity constraints - Hold partners accountable to agreed SLAs and drive resolution when commitments are missed Cross-Functional Coordination: - Partner daily with Inventory and Material Allocation to align production output with coverage targets and demand signals - Coordinate with Quality on incoming inspections, hold management and corrective actions at co-man sites - Work with Distribution to align inbound shipment timing and prioritize fulfillment against active OOS situations - Support the Demand Planner in translating forecasts into actionable production schedules Operational Improvement: - Lead continuous improvement efforts at co-manufacturing sites — waste reduction, throughput, lead time compression - Build and maintain production tracking tools that give the ops team real-time visibility into open orders and output status - Document SOPs and lead onboarding of new co-manufacturing partners as RYZE scales - Support commissioning of new production lines in 2026, including pouch, stick pack and blending equipment Who You Are: - 5+ years of experience in supply chain or operations within CPG, with direct co-manufacturing management experience - Hands-on background in blending, filling or related food/beverage manufacturing — you understand what happens on the floor - Strong communicator who can manage partner relationships firmly and professionally without burning bridges - Detail-oriented and proactive — you catch problems early and come to every conversation with context and a plan - Comfortable working cross-functionally in a lean, fast-moving team environment - Experience in adjacent categories (supplements, snacks, personal care, etc.) is a plus — we value broad CPG fluency Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Food Science or related field — or equivalent experience - Demonstrated experience managing co-manufacturing partners in a CPG setting - Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning tools - Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for production tracking and reporting - Ability to travel 20–30% to co-manufacturing sites, primarily in the US - East Coast location strongly preferred for time zone alignment with partners What We Offer: - Performance bonus eligibility - Benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, flexible PTO - A fully remote work environment and the chance to work with RYZE’s operations team
