• Build and own RYZE’s visual merchandising and packaging vision, grounded in premium experience, operational scalability, and retail excellence. • Translate brand positioning into world-class retail merchandising frameworks, shopper journeys, and physical brand environments. • Develop a multi-year roadmap for in-store expansion, retail toolkit evolution, and packaging innovation. • Partner with Retail Marketing, Brand, Creative, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align physical brand strategy with business and revenue goals. • Establish KPI dashboards to measure velocity impact, execution quality, cost efficiency, sustainability performance, and ROI. • Develop visual merchandising standards and playbooks for national retail partners. • Oversee creation and production of in-store signage, endcaps, shippers, shelf trays, PDQs, and secondary placements. • Architect scalable field merchandising systems, from setup guidelines to execution auditing. • Support experiential activations and brand events, including physical builds and environmental storytelling. • Own the end-to-end packaging strategy for RYZE’s DTC channel. • Improve unboxing experience, shareability, and cost per package while maintaining premium presentation standards. • Lead vendor sourcing, negotiation, and management across printing, fabrication, packaging, and fulfillment partners.
• Process and review semi-monthly payroll for salaried and hourly employees across a multi-state remote workforce using Workday, ADP, or similar payroll platforms • Ensure accurate payroll processing for compensation changes, bonuses, commissions, deductions, garnishments, PTO, and final pay requirements • Review payroll registers, payroll reports, and exception reports prior to payroll approval • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and wage and hour requirements • Support quarter-end and year-end payroll activities, including payroll reconciliations and W-2 processing • Assist with payroll tax notices, agency inquiries, payroll audits, and regulatory reporting • Maintain payroll documentation and support strong internal payroll controls • Prepare payroll journal entries and payroll-related reconciliations within NetSuite • Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts, including payroll liabilities, bonus accruals, benefits payable, payroll tax liabilities, and employee reimbursements • Reconcile payroll cash activity and ensure payroll reports accurately tie to the general ledger and bank activity • Monitor payroll funding requirements and coordinate payroll-related disbursements • Support month-end and year-end close activities related to payroll, employee accruals, and labor expense allocations • Assist with departmental labor reporting, payroll allocations, and financial reporting • Prepare payroll schedules and supporting documentation for external audits • Identify opportunities to improve payroll workflows, automation, and system integrations between payroll platforms and NetSuite
• Own RYZE's subscriber retention strategy — program design, execution, and performance measurement against churn and LTV targets • Build and manage proactive save programs: identify at-risk subscribers before they cancel and execute targeted, personalized interventions • Design and optimize cancellation flows — deflection offers, pause options, and retention messaging that reduce voluntary churn • Own win-back program strategy and execution for recently churned subscribers — sequencing, offer structure, and success metrics • Lead and develop the Retention Analyst — translating data outputs into program priorities and ensuring analytical findings inform every retention decision • Partner with Marketing on retention-driven campaigns, lifecycle email strategy, and subscription offer design • Partner with Product on subscription management features, member portal improvements, and cancellation experience optimization • Build and maintain the subscriber lifecycle framework — mapping key intervention points from trial through long-term retention • Report retention program performance to the VP on a regular cadence — including program ROI, churn impact, and win-back conversion rates • Stay current on DTC subscription retention best practices to continuously improve RYZE's approach • Additional duties as assigned by management.
• Build Ryze’s Preventative Quality System • Establish upstream guardrails — process controls, ingredient acceptance criteria, and pre-production validation protocols • Design and implement FMEA, HACCP-aligned risk frameworks, and pre-production readiness checklists • Partner with R&D to translate formulation requirements into manufacturing-ready specifications • Build a quality culture at co-man partners • Serve as Ryze’s primary technical liaison to all co-manufacturing partners • Lead technical due diligence and onboarding for new co-man partners • Evaluate partner equipment capabilities, production infrastructure, and quality systems against Ryze’s requirements • Drive CAPAs and engineering changes that are real and sustained • Benchmark co-man network performance and identify leaders, laggards, and systemic risks • Analyze and optimize co-man processes for blending, conveying, filling, and packaging of powders • Diagnose root causes of deviations using structured methods • Implement SPC, control charts, and capability studies where absent • Oversee line trials, first production runs, and process validations at co-man sites • Support the development of Ryze’s internal lab • Define equipment needs, testing protocols, and lab SOPs • Conduct manufacturability assessments for new formulas, packaging formats, and BOM changes • Build scalable production instructions and process controls for co-man partners launching new SKUs • Partner with Supply Chain on lot traceability, alternate sourcing quality risk, recall readiness, and co-man capacity evaluations
• Post & Comment Tracking — Track all posts and comments from the group daily, using moderator-flagged posts as your starting point. • Maintain clean, structured records of all community activity for downstream reporting and trend analysis. • Moderation QA — Complete the daily FB Moderator QA checklist (approx. 1+ hour/day), reviewing shift records for completeness and flagging gaps. • Help ensure moderation quality stays consistent as the community scales. • Build toward cross-training as a backup moderator for coverage gaps. • Data Categorization & Reporting — Pull monthly exports of group statistics and engagement data from Facebook. • Clean, categorize, and upload data into Notion following established taxonomy. • Support the Social Health Dashboard by ensuring the right data flows into the right places. • Maintain organized archives of removed posts in formats digestible for leadership. • Growth & Initiative Tracking — Own weekly Growth Tracking — pulling in member data, post volume, and relevant moderator notes. • Compile post and data collections for specific initiatives (launches, giveaways, new products) with full impact views. • Flag emerging trends or patterns you notice in community activity. • Administrative Support — Assist with post scheduling, SH approval housekeeping, and ClickUp/Notion organization as needed. • Support the FB Health Dashboard as it develops.

Role Description The Senior Logistics Analyst oversees outbound freight operations, inventory distribution, and allocation planning and execution, ensuring consistent and efficient fulfillment performance across the logistics network. This role leverages data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization to enhance service levels, improve operational efficiency, and support overall supply chain performance. - Own and continuously refine inventory allocation planning by integrating demand forecasts, sales velocity, and capacity constraints; develop scalable models that minimize fulfillment gaps and improve network balance. - Lead end-to-end outbound freight operations, including carrier selection, load planning, booking, documentation, and regulatory compliance across all shipment modes. - Optimize carrier pickup scheduling and transportation flows to improve lead times, maximize capacity utilization, and drive cost efficiency across the network. - Maintain end-to-end shipment visibility, proactively identifying and resolving exceptions while holding carriers accountable to service and delivery commitments. - Build and manage strategic partnerships with carriers, brokers, and 3PL providers; establish SLAs and monitor performance metrics (on-time pickup/delivery, issue resolution) to inform carrier strategy and drive accountability. - Conduct root cause analysis on transportation and fulfillment exceptions, implementing corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurrence and improve reliability. - Analyze fulfillment KPIs, inventory imbalances, and network performance; develop dashboards and deliver data-driven insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to leadership. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives across transportation and logistics operations, developing business cases and implementing scalable, high-impact solutions. - Serve as the logistics subject matter expert for cross-functional teams, translating complex operational data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations, with demonstrated growth in analytical scope and ownership. eCommerce or multi-channel fulfillment experience preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred. - Deep knowledge of 3PL and carrier networks across freight modes (LTL, FTL, parcel), with hands-on experience managing and negotiating carrier relationships. - Demonstrated expertise in inventory allocation planning, fulfillment KPI management, and data-driven decision-making. - Advanced proficiency with logistics platforms (WMS, TMS, OMS) and data or BI tools such as Excel or Tableau. - Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite). - Effective communicator; ability to present logistics data to leadership and drive alignment.
