Strategy Program Manager Location: Saint Cloud United States Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategy Program Manager to design and lead strategic engagement initiatives that are critical to driving organizational growth, enhancing operational performance, and achieving long-term business objectives. This individual will serve as a key integrator across internal teams and departments-working within System Strategy in partnership with Operational and Functional Planning, Service Lines, Communications, Analytics and the Transformation Office. In this role, you will drive the success of the corporate and enterprise strategy by directing service line planning, cross-functional program development, and build strong partnerships across the enterprise to ensure alignment and execution of strategy. You will also lead and own the development and execution of a year-round Strategy Engagement Plan(s), focusing on strategic alignment & deployment, scorecards, and feedback loops that connect the organization at every level. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management, strategic planning, or process improvement. - Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact initiatives in complex, matrixed environments. - Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholder relationships. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, inform, and align stakeholders at all levels. - Strong background in consulting, strategic planning, or program management with a track record of delivering measurable results. - High proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and the ability to translate insights into compelling business narratives. - Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities, and operating in fast-paced environments. - 3+ years of management or consulting experience in a corporate, healthcare, or strategic planning environment preferred. - Background in strategy and strategic planning, business development initiatives, or transformation initiatives a plus. Core Functions: - Build and sustain trusted relationships across various strategic and operational teams to integrate efforts, resolve complex challenges, and ensure alignment of initiatives across the matrixed organization. - Design and lead a comprehensive, year-round business planning that includes internal communication alignment, business case and project development plans, scorecards, and feedback channels across all levels of the organization. - Utilizes market analytic tools and data analysis to provide insights, support and inform strategy decision making. Owns the development of high-impact strategic presentations, and visual storytelling tools tailored for diverse audiences, including the C-Suite executives, senior leadership, and front-line teams. Transform complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives - Assists in financial analysis activities to establish and present business case deliverables and finding. - Serve as a strategic thought partner, advisor and collaborator with internal business units, providing insights, recommendations and decision-support materials that support shared goals and foster innovation across departments.
