This Business Development Representative (BDR) role directly contributes to that growth. This position is specifically targeted at experienced Business Development Representatives based in Kuala Lumpur . We are seeking candidates who are committed to staying in the role longer term and growing within the organization. The BDR is responsible for inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calling) to engage senior decision-makers at enterprise organizations, book qualified meetings, and source business opportunities for Mastercard Services. This role sits within the Services B2B Marketing team and works closely with Sales and regional stakeholders in a highly cross-functional, international environment.
