Qualifications - 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced SaaS environment. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. - Proven success leading complex, cross-functional programs across multiple systems and teams. - Strong program management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical depth and business context. - Solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, and integration, with the ability to flag and manage technical risks. - Skilled in roadmap planning, scoping, and discovery for large-scale initiatives, with expertise in defining and documenting requirements, managing dependencies, and communicating progress across all levels. - Adept at navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and adapting to dynamic environments. - Trusted for ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence – consistently driving stakeholder alignment and execution clarity. - Excellent communicator – clear, empathetic, and confident across both technical and executive stakeholders. - Embody our core values: We Take Ownership, We Win As One Team, We Are Trusted Advisors. Requirements - $135,000 - $170,000 a year - The base salary range for this role is $135,000-$170,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
