• Integrated Governance & PMP Management: Lead the continuous update of the Program Management Plan (PMP) and all supporting standards. Ensure alignment with the Program Charter and oversight expectations from external entities. • SAFe & Agile Orchestration: Align SAFe ceremonies, release cadences, and tools (Agility or JIRA) to ensure consistent delivery across overlapping waves. • Prepare meeting materials and contribute to regular program management meetings, including program risk reviews, Change Control Board meetings, defect reviews, and program reviews. • Organize and facilitate program meetings using MS Teams, take meeting minutes, follow up on outstanding issues, and distribute meeting materials in a timely manner. • Decision Support & Reporting: Translate complex technical data into intuitive, decision-ready Power BI dashboards and other materials. Automate communications by leveraging Agility or JIRA as the authoritative data source. • Knowledge & Change Management: Update and maintain a future-state Knowledge Management (KM) ecosystem. Develop change management plans, job aids, and FAQs to maintain institutional knowledge.

• Manage People Systems roadmap planning: identify gaps, propose future state, and prioritize initiatives to meet business needs. • Project manage Workday implementations and releases, including scoping, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication. • Partner cross-functionally with People Team functional owners, IT, and Payroll to define requirements, improve processes, and implement solutions. Support People Team annual processes (compensation cycles, open enrollment, talent, etc.). • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to the People Team, managers, and business leaders. • Define and track key metrics that align with organizational and People Team priorities; empower leaders with real-time data access. • Provide system and end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure adoption and positive user experience. • Manage vendor relationships and consultant resources for People Systems. • Own system configuration, audit procedures, integrations, and system maintenance to ensure information security, data accuracy, SOX compliance, and quality control. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues; recommend and implement timely solutions. • Manage the end-to-end execution of full-funnel marketing programs by partnering with cross-functional teams (content, design, demand, product marketing, product, legal, etc.) to source content, promotional materials, and target lists. This includes managing project timelines, developing the bill of materials, and securing the necessary resources and budget for successful execution. Primary focus on corporate marketing programs, with additional cross-functional programs as bandwidth allows. • Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing programs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving program goals. This includes real-time monitoring and adjustments, as needed, as well as longer-term reviews to gauge how leads are maturing through the funnel.
