The Role On this team you will be responsible for extending and maintaining core software that is at the heart of GoPro's software ecosystem. The Staff Cross-Platform Software Engineer is responsible for developing software and tools integrated into mobile apps, desktop apps, the GoPro cloud, and GoPro cameras. The ideal candidate is proficient with a variety of platforms, programming languages, tools, and build systems, and has experience working in an agile software development environment. The person in this role is responsible for building high-quality, well-tested libraries and tools that work on many platforms. They work with platform-specific teams to integrate these libraries and tools to create a cohesive software ecosystem that helps people cherish their most precious photo and video memories. This Senior Technical Product Manager role will drive development of connected software experiences that integrate seamlessly with our iconic cameras. This role sits at the intersection of hardware and software, focusing on building intuitive, scalable features that enhance how users connect to and interact with GoPro devices across mobile, cloud, and web platforms. Lead cross-functional efforts to define, build, and optimize experiences that power the GoPro ecosystem. Contribute to product strategy, define technical requirements, and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define, design and bring new software experiences to market. • Manage People Systems roadmap planning: identify gaps, propose future state, and prioritize initiatives to meet business needs. • Project manage Workday implementations and releases, including scoping, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication. • Partner cross-functionally with People Team functional owners, IT, and Payroll to define requirements, improve processes, and implement solutions. Support People Team annual processes (compensation cycles, open enrollment, talent, etc.). • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to the People Team, managers, and business leaders. • Define and track key metrics that align with organizational and People Team priorities; empower leaders with real-time data access. • Provide system and end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure adoption and positive user experience. • Manage vendor relationships and consultant resources for People Systems. • Own system configuration, audit procedures, integrations, and system maintenance to ensure information security, data accuracy, SOX compliance, and quality control. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues; recommend and implement timely solutions. Manage and maintain system integrations, workflows, and security policies.

• Lead cross-functional and technical delivery of all company-wide hardware and software product development initiatives from early concepts to product launch. • Develop and lead a team of program managers to ensure on-time delivery of large-scale projects. • Perform cost estimates, budget control, and critical path scheduling. • Identify and provide potential resolutions to problems, project changes, and resource constraints, escalating to senior management as necessary. • Partner with all stakeholders to ensure seamless cross-functional execution. • Drive internal and external process improvements across the team. • Influence peers and managers to build consensus while dealing with ambiguity. • Partner with the COO to develop a cohesive partnership strategy related to JDM partners, development partners, and manufacturing suppliers. • Develop an end-to-end cost optimization strategy for supply sourcing. • Ensure alignment with all members of the product development process, including operations, product development, program management, and engineering. • Communicate planning, project status, issues, and risks to executive teams and lead weekly Product Development Council to maintain clear visibility into product development efforts, test evaluation processes, and roadmap delivery timelines.
