People Systems Program Manager

• Manage People Systems roadmap planning: identify gaps, propose future state, and prioritize initiatives to meet business needs. • Project manage Workday implementations and releases, including scoping, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication. • Partner cross-functionally with People Team functional owners, IT, and Payroll to define requirements, improve processes, and implement solutions. Support People Team annual processes (compensation cycles, open enrollment, talent, etc.). • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to the People Team, managers, and business leaders. • Define and track key metrics that align with organizational and People Team priorities; empower leaders with real-time data access. • Provide system and end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure adoption and positive user experience. • Manage vendor relationships and consultant resources for People Systems. • Own system configuration, audit procedures, integrations, and system maintenance to ensure information security, data accuracy, SOX compliance, and quality control. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues; recommend and implement timely solutions. Manage and maintain system integrations, workflows, and security policies.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of HRIS experience, some Workday experience required
  • Familiarity with HR business processes (payroll, benefits, job changes)
  • Experience with Workday integrations; ability to build simple integrations a plus
  • Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills with proven ability to manage complex initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence, guide, and train others
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills
