This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. At Aflac, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role to allow for future and continued salary growth, and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. This hybrid role combines software development, system-level troubleshooting, and direct support for internal or customer-facing environments. You will design and maintain Slurm written in C, diagnose sophisticated system issues, and collaborate with other engineers to ensure Slurm runs optimally and efficiently. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing efficient, reliable, and maintainable code, analyzing systems performance, and supporting production environments. • This role will work closely with business teams who manage Contracts, Orders, Billing, and Invoicing to understand current state challenges and provide guidance and ideation on what can be done to solve those problems. • IT development team who is responsible for implementing technical changes required to improve the business process. • Have a solid understanding of billing and invoicing systems, billing, rating and invoicing processes and knowledge of subscription and usage-based billing models • Lead discovery and requirements meetings with business stakeholders to understand system and process challenges and translate those into business requirements • Conduct workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to document processes related to contracts, orders, billing, and revenue flow across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle when required. • Analyze business requests and translate into functional specifications and documentation for the development team. • Develop and document deep business processes and domain knowledge to make recommendations and ask relevant questions about upstream/downstream functionality intersection points. • Backlog prioritization and grooming • Develop artifacts to illustrate process flows using tools such as Lucidchart and Visio • Lead UAT planning and execution, including test cases, defect triage, and release readiness sign-off • Define requirements for integrations and data flows between Salesforce and core finance systems (e.g., ERP/GL, billing, tax) to ensure accuracy, auditability, and timely downstream processing • Understand and perform Agile sprints, standard processes, tool entry (Jira or similar), and execution,
