Salesforce Engineer
Dynamic Solutions Technology LLC
Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC (DST) is seeking a full time Salesforce Engineer to support a government client. The candidate must be able to work independently and with a team. This position requires a broad mix of technical and business acumen coupled and excellent communication skills. This is a REMOTE position. Duties and Responsibilities: - Utilize best practices to perform enhancements as needed to the Salesforce.com platform. - Hands-on participation in producing tangible deliverables (e.g., requirements specification, design deliverables). - Collaborate with team members on custom software/integrations and system testing. - Lead customer-driven solutions utilizing strong technical design skills and strong working relationships with internal groups. - Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised processing analysis. - Develop, document, and enforce application standards and procedures. Education and Years of Experience: - Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related technical or functional discipline. - 5+ years of experience in software development. - 3+ years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework). - 2+ year of full enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) delivery, including end-to-end planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: - Experience with Service Oriented Design Principals (SOA), Web Services (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML), core web technologies ((e.g., HTML5, JavaScript). - Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases and data modeling. - Excellent oral and written communications. - Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients. Additional Requirements: - Successful completion of a Fingerprint background investigation. - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen Physical Requirements: No Physical requirement needed for this position.
