ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a proactive Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem, with a primary focus on Service Cloud and Field Service (FSL). You will build scalable solutions that support our global operations, ensuring high performance through modern coding standards and efficient platform configuration. RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you'll get to.. - Support the end-to-end Field Service (FSL) lifecycle by managing and configuring Service Resources, Work Types, and Work Orders. - Design and build reactive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and maintain existing Aura components. - Develop robust business logic using Apex (Classes and Triggers) and Flow, ensuring all solutions are optimized to stay within Salesforce Governor Limits. - Manage expert-level Salesforce configurations, including custom object architecture, validation rules, and advanced security/sharing models. - Build and maintain secure REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external business systems or third-party tools. - Participate in the full application lifecycle using Bitbucket and Jenkins for version control and deployment, ensuring high code quality through unit testing and peer reviews. - Work within an Agile/Scrum framework to provide technical estimations and deliver features on schedule. REQUIREMENTS: One day one we'll expect you to.. - Have 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce Development - Have a proven track record in developing on the Salesforce platform, specifically within Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. - Apply practical experience with Field Service Lightning, including knowledge of the mobile app, dispatcher console, and scheduling logic. - Proficient in LWC, Apex, JavaScript, and SOQL - Have a strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and the ability to solve complex problems within a multi-tenant environment. - Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for task management and technical documentation. - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (or equivalent hands-on experience). - have a fully functional and up to date computer with which to perform duties - be willing to install next generation end point protection on the computer - be willing to work in Pacific time - be a current resident of the Philippines and can legally perform work from there - be willing to take on a fulltime, contract-based position NOTE: This is a remote (work from home) job.
