Location: Offshore (Remote) Candidates should be located in Hyderabad, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh Experience: 5-7 years Engagement Type: Full-Time About the Role: Smartbridge is seeking a Salesforce Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience in designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions using Flow Builder, Apex, Visualforce, and LWC. The ideal candidate will have experience in both declarative and code-based development, including Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization. Responsibilities: - Develop and customize Salesforce applications and automation. - Understand legacy process builders and convert them as Flows. - Implement a custom user interface using LWC or Visualforce. - Perform data migrations and integrations using Salesforce APIs and third-party tools. - Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications to meet evolving business needs. - Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ, including product rules, pricing rules, quote templates, and approval workflows. Technical Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of Flow Builder, Apex, and SOQL. - Knowledge of building custom user interfaces using LWC and Visualforce. - Experience with Salesforce CPQ — product and pricing configuration, bundle setup, and quote-to-cash processes. - Data migrations and integrations using Salesforce APIs and third-party tools. - C#, VB.NET, or Python for automation enhancements. - Deploying changes using Package.xml or Change Sets. - Experience with enhancing existing Salesforce applications. Additional Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Salesforce Developer certification. - Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is a plus. - Experience in the Life Sciences industry is a plus. - 100% remote role – must be available for the second shift to overlap with the US team until Noon CST. - 6-month probation period before full-time confirmation. The Opportunity Our project needs a senior/lead who can both design and build modern Azure data platforms—someone with strong coding in T-SQL and Python/PySpark, architectural judgment, and deep database chops (modeling, performance, reliability). Because this is contract-only, fit must be tight and immediate impact. What You’ll Own (Architecture + Build) - Architecture: Define the target-state Azure data architecture (ingestion, orchestration, storage zones, serving patterns), security/networking boundaries, cost/perf tradeoffs, and promotion strategy (Dev→Test→Prod). - Pipelines & Code: Implement robust ELT/ETL with ADF/Synapse Pipelines (parameters, reusable templates, CI/CD). Hands-on in T-SQL and Python/PySpark for transformations, utilities, and tests. - Database Excellence: Physical/semantic modeling, partitioning, columnstore strategies, statistics management, query plan analysis, index design, concurrency & transaction isolation, workload management. - Observability & Reliability: SLA/SLO definitions, Azure Monitor / Log Analytics / App Insights dashboards and alerts; error handling, retries/backoff, idempotency, CDC and schema drift strategies. - Security & Governance: RBAC, Key Vault, managed identities, private endpoints/VNet, data masking patterns; document data contracts and access patterns. - Leadership: Code reviews, PR discipline, mentoring, and crisp documentation/runbooks for client handoff. Must-Have (Senior-Level) Experience - 8–12+ years in data engineering (recent Azure focus). - Expert with ADF (linked services, datasets, IRs—including self-hosted), Synapse (SQL pools/serverless, pipelines), and ADLS/Blob. - T-SQL: advanced query tuning, execution plan analysis, windowing, TVFs/stored procs, temp tables vs CTE tradeoffs, cardinality estimator know-how. - Python/PySpark: production data transforms, packaging, and testing. - CI/CD: Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions (multi-stage releases, approvals, infra + data deployments). - Proven delivery of production-grade platforms at scale (TB-level data, strict SLAs). Not a fit: Primarily BI/reporting backgrounds without strong pipeline/build + DB performance experience. Nice to Have - Designed and implemented robust data validation procedures to verify the completeness of data transfers, ensuring all records were successfully migrated and proactively triggering alerts in cases of discrepancies. - Experience with working with large SQL tables (100 million rows) - IaC (Bicep/Terraform) for data resources. - Event-driven integration (Service Bus/Event Grid, CDC tooling). - Certs: DP-203 or AZ-204 are a plus.

• Participate in business requirements sessions, assist with discovery, capture requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Define risk-based test plans (functional, integration, regression, UAT) focused on high-value paths. • Validate data ingestion, transformation, and aggregation logic across Azure data pipelines • Perform source-to-target (S2T) reconciliation and data completeness checks • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and integrity across layers (raw, curated, semantic) • Perform regression testing for data model and pipeline changes • Maintain traceability (requirements → test cases → defects → release notes). • Plan and facilitate UAT (scripts, execution, acceptance sign-off); manage change requests. • Communicate status and risks clearly to client stakeholders and internal leadership.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) • Design and implement data models and data warehousing solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics • Optimize SQL queries and perform performance tuning on large and complex datasets • Work with Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and other Azure data services to support analytics and reporting needs • Implement data security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC) and data masking • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
