Role Description We are looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to fuel our growth engine by working across marketing channels with a focus on demand and nurture strategies spanning web, email, and paid activation. This is a high-impact role for a self-driven individual who can act both strategically and tactically, with a strong track record of driving measurable results via performance marketing channels. You are a strong analytical thinker with experience diving deep into data to surface meaningful trends and insights that drive optimization decisions. You bring direct experience in campaign management and optimization and are skilled at managing external agencies to deliver performance outcomes. You are both technical and creative — and will serve as a strong partner to our internal media team, marketing ops, creative, campaign marketing, and data teams to consistently evolve and improve Commvault’s demand generation marketing strategy. Position Responsibilities - Develop and oversee a comprehensive growth strategy to drive measurable revenue impact - Create and execute demand generation strategies to increase qualified pipeline - Own conversion optimization across web, email, nurtures, content, and advertising - Play a key role in our ABM motions; owning our ABM platform (6sense), Sendoso, and other related tools - Leverage GenAI tools for real-time insights, content generation, and campaign personalization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, etc. - Manage growth reporting and analytics in lock-step with the marketing operations team - Partner with field/regional teams to brainstorm campaign ideas and creative testing cycles - Experiment across channels: run A/B tests on creative, web flows, and journey experiences - Assist the global webinar strategy and execution by driving demand, owning audience acquisition, promotional strategy, and ROI - Harness AI-driven tools for real-time content personalization, insight generation, and campaign automation Requirements - 12+ years in growth marketing; SaaS and/or cybersecurity experience preferred - A data-driven and analytical mindset — you base decisions and strategies on data, with hands-on experience in analytics tools such as Power BI - A power user in ABM platforms (6sense preferred), with proven ability to build and activate account-based programs - Humble, creative partner with a growth mindset who can adapt to evolving strategic needs - Deep understanding of multi-channel GTM strategy, including, but not limited to; digital performance marketing, optimizing account journey experiences, and targeted ABX motions - Experience with marketing automation platforms and other relevant martech tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) - In-depth knowledge of current growth marketing trends and best practices - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to collaborate across technical and creative teams, driving alignment with global stakeholders while remaining accountable for results - A mindset of curiosity, adaptability, and bold experimentation is essential - Flexibility to shift focus as needed to drive different strategic priorities Benefits - High income earning opportunities based on self-performance - Employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) - Continuous professional development, product training, and career pathing - Generous global benefits Pay Range $123,250 — $207,000 USD Company Description Commvault (NASDAQ: CVLT) is the gold standard in cyber resilience. Job Purpose/Background/Responsibilities: This role sits within the International Cash Portfolio Management Team and is primarily a junior portfolio management / trader role based in Singapore or Hong Kong. The successful candidate will spend a large part of the day as a dealer supporting the international cash investment process by investing in money market instruments (Time Deposits, Reverse Repo, Commercial Paper, Certificates of Deposit, short Government bonds and Bills, Supranationals and any other suitable instruments), with an emphasis on major Asian currencies.
