Job Description

Import Specialist

A.N. Deringer, Inc.

• Process and integrate customer data • Serve as customer service liaison between the company and customers • Resolve problems and handle customer concerns • Build relationships with customers • Prepare important documents for import customs clearance • Trace shipments and re-route freight • Communicate with CBP and various PGAs • Prepare import documents and distribute to appropriate parties • Cross-train in additional responsibilities • Handle confidential information • Review documentation for compliance

Job Requirements

  • High school Diploma/GED
  • 1+ year(s) of Customs brokerage experience
  • Previous ocean and air experience (preferred)
  • Previous PGA experience (preferred)
