Job Description

Site Superintendent – Special Projects

Gray

• Daily coordination and direction of the project • Ensure the project is safe, within budget, and on schedule • Conceptualize a construction plan that meets client goals • Overseeing the delivery of materials, construction tools, and equipment • Managing rental equipment and demobilization/off-rent when not in use • Ensure the Quality Control Plan is set up for the project

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of ten years’ experience in the construction industry
  • Minimum of five years of experience in construction
  • Ability to read construction set drawings, process design documents, P&ID, isometrics, and equipment sheets for work planning purposes
  • Solid teamwork background
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong planning and controlling work abilities
  • Knowledge of quality requirements for each project
