• Oversee scheduling activities across all divisions and active projects-building out the scheduling Department for NexGen Contracting • Develop, manage, and maintain integrated master project schedules that establish engineering, procurement, fabrication, material delivery, commissioning, and construction sequences in accordance with contract requirements and project objectives • Lead schedule development efforts during project planning and execution phases • Facilitate periodic schedule reviews and updates with project teams, subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and client representatives to ensure schedule accuracy • Analyze and validate logical relationships, critical path activities, schedule constraints, and resource requirements across complex industrial construction projects

• Support and/or lead the design, installation and commissioning of manufacturing lines focused on the packaging operations of consumer products. • Reinforce the overall project team by serving as a member of the packaging team on complex, fully integrated projects of different sizes. • Support the technical lead on all aspects of packaging systems design and integration development including line and equipment speed analysis, pack out matrix, block flow and general arrangement layout drawings, equipment lists, utility demand matrices, procurement specifications/approvals. • Prepare equipment lists and data sheets, block flow diagrams, process flow diagrams and P&IDs as needed. • Ability to work under pressure and conflicting priorities, with minimal oversight. • Ability to generate independent thought, provide alternatives to improve efficiency. • Actively support a sales / BD initiatives. • Develop written sequence of operation narratives for equipment, systems, and process controls. • Assist in preparing vendor and contractor bid and construction packages for project equipment, components, and installations as well as bid analysis. • Travel is a regular expectation of this role and depends upon the location of projects and customers, the stage of project execution, and your role in the project. • Overall average travel expectations for this role range from 20% to 40%.

• This position serves as the primary point of contact for all preconstruction efforts within the NexGen In-Plant and Special Projects Business Unit • Responsibilities range from initial contact with the customer for scope/schedule information • Coordinating with other estimators and project teams • Reaching out to subs/vendors for pricing • Building and reviewing final estimates • Creating bid forms and scope letters for final submittals • Maintaining progress status of all projects that the organization is pursuing • In-Plant Industrial Estimator - Responsible for preparing detailed estimates for in-plant industrial construction, maintenance, and special projects. This includes calculating labor, equipment, and material costs for various activities.

• Establish and maintain high safety and quality standards in accordance to company and industry standards. • Studies specifications and blueprints to plan procedures for materials and construction on basis of starting and completion times. • Assembles and schedules appropriate team members (supervisory, clerical, engineering, and field workers) and sub-contractors at start of project, as well as coordinating staffing requirements throughout the project. • Sets up construction site. • Procures tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules. • Confers with and directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays and ensure quality. • Confers with supervisory personnel to resolve complaints and grievances within work force. • Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications, safety measurements and the adherence to construction schedules.

• Lead and supervise the lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, performance standards, and financial goals within budgetary and timeline constraints • Strengthen relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and partnership • Guide project teams towards excellence, setting clear goals, offering feedback, promoting professional growth, and ensuring the completion of essential documentation and meetings • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, AP and AR processes, and change order management • Implement and monitor comprehensive risk management practices, ensuring all potential project risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, and communicated effectively • Ensure comprehensive project documentation, from start-up meetings to detailed project health reviews • Negotiate with stakeholders and resolve project hurdles to ensure successful project delivery • Mentor and train project management staff, fostering an environment of learning and professional development

• Enforce use of safety equipment/clothing as required by OSHA • Ensure compliance with safety requirements of the company • Maintain appropriate safety records • Investigate incidents and complete reports • Assist Site Manager with administrative counseling • Hold safety meetings/jobsite reviews • Conduct daily safety meetings • Conduct orientation and jobsite specific training • Implement and enforce Gray’s safety program on site

• Manage the entirety of construction projects from proposal to completion. • Oversee safety compliance and foster a culture of safety-first. • Manage job cost spread, project estimates, and financial aspects to ensure profitability. • Lead sequencing, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple projects. • Monitor project progress, oversee production analysis, and implement necessary changes. • Conduct detailed project cost reporting and financial management. • Manage change order processes, including issuance, tracking, and cost management. • Serve as the primary coordinator with general contractors/owners. • Assist with divisional reporting efforts. • Resolve project hurdles and negotiate with stakeholders. • Conduct project health reviews focusing on safety, quality, schedule, and financials. • Perform routine job walks of project sites.

• Ensure project safety compliance. • Understand job cost spread and project estimates. • Participate in project sequencing and scheduling. • Track project progress and analyze production. • Engage in project cost reporting. • Handle invoice coding and approval. • Oversee material/equipment procurement. • Manage change order requests and tracking. • Coordinate with general contractors/owners. • Assist with reporting requirements, including field time and productivity, materials, safety, and other relevant aspects.

• Manage daily activities of the quality control program. • Attend project pre-construction meetings to discuss the QMS Program and review Lessons Learned in the presence of subcontractors and manufacturers. • Train team members in the use of the quality control program and support question resolution pertaining to the program use. • Perform administrative set up of projects within the quality program database, assist in the support and maintenance of database program and assist in the implementation and audits the effectiveness of the quality program. • Ensure the quality program provides a fair and effective monitoring of the overall quality of the organization on a regular and timely basis. • Accumulate data from the quality control program for company utilization (for marketing, training, and areas of improvement/best practices). • Conduct jobsite inspections/audits to ensure that quality controls are in place and report findings to the Project Team and Leadership. • Perform quality control inspections of installations as they are being put in place to ensure strict compliance and coordination with the contract documents. • Work with the Service Team Manager for incorporating checklist items into QMS System based on warranty callback items. • Inspect products, materials, and equipment as they arrive at the jobsite to ensure compliance with the contract documents and approved submittals. • Ensure manufacturer, fabricator and installer qualifications are current and applicable based on the contract requirements. • Coordinate required sampling of work in a timely manner with sufficient time for testing and analyzing results to prevent delaying work. • Coordinate and maintain jobsite test and inspection plan and subsequent logs ensuring all documentation is current including any changes to the work or design criteria. • Create and maintain an approved Project Specific Quality Control Plan.
