• Manage the entirety of construction projects from proposal to completion. • Oversee safety compliance and foster a culture of safety-first. • Manage job cost spread, project estimates, and financial aspects to ensure profitability. • Lead sequencing, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple projects. • Monitor project progress, oversee production analysis, and implement necessary changes. • Conduct detailed project cost reporting and financial management. • Manage change order processes, including issuance, tracking, and cost management. • Serve as the primary coordinator with general contractors/owners. • Assist with divisional reporting efforts. • Resolve project hurdles and negotiate with stakeholders. • Conduct project health reviews focusing on safety, quality, schedule, and financials. • Perform routine job walks of project sites.

• Assist Site Manager in layout of building items, primarily structural, civil, process, and architectural items. • Assist Site Manager in procurement of construction materials. • Assist site and project team in execution of purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and execute receiving reports. • Perform on-site material placed surveys as required. • Ensure quantities in place are accurate and reported weekly or as directed by the Site Manager. • Assist Site Manager in scheduling construction activities, such as monitoring material deliveries and subcontractor performance. • Consolidate their activities on reports as requested by the Site Manager. • After two to six months, develop bid lists, issue documents for procurement purposes, review bids, and evaluate proposals as directed by the Site Manager, and through consultation with the Project Manager. • Assist the Site Manager in establishing and maintaining high safety and QA/QC standards. • Work with Site Manager in establishing safety meeting agenda. • Conduct safety meetings as directed by the Site Manager. • Review, understand, assimilate and log shop drawings and submittals. • Help maintain a current set of red line as-built drawings as directed by the Site Manager. • Correlate and update construction documents as they are reviewed. • May assist with general labor and clean up occasionally. • Will be required to manage the jobsite, in the absence of the Site Manager, on a regular basis. • Perform and record Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) audits throughout the jobsite on all divisions of work and following through with the recorded audit to ensure the work is satisfactory. • Assist in performing the project’s daily report and monthly man hour’s report. • Able to make decisions regarding safety and quality on the spot to make improvements, without further approval. • Bring all out of spec issues to the attention of the ASM and SM to receive counsel on the path forward. • Know and enforce the safety program. • Serve as on-site safety when one is not specifically assigned to the project. • Conduct investigations into any and all safety incidents. You will be required to produce accurate reports to present to the Site Manager and Project Management staff when appropriate. Will work with city officials, OSHA, and inspectors throughout the duration of the project. • Works with SM to ensure all inspections are scheduled and conducted per project specifications and properly documented. • Responsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of Gray’s safety program on site. • Assumes ownership of scopes of work and management of subcontractors as assigned by SM. • Keeps up to date progress drawings of work put in place daily by utilizing bluebeam, excel, or assemble. • Generate meeting agendas/minutes from various site meetings for review of SM and ensures timely and accurate distribution. • Able to receive verbal or written direction along with constructive criticism from SM, and willing to provide such as needed/directed. • Bring any and all customer requested changes to the attention of the SM and PM for appropriate contract action.

• Ensure project safety compliance. • Understand job cost spread and project estimates. • Participate in project sequencing and scheduling. • Track project progress and analyze production. • Engage in project cost reporting. • Handle invoice coding and approval. • Oversee material/equipment procurement. • Manage change order requests and tracking. • Coordinate with general contractors/owners. • Assist with reporting requirements, including field time and productivity, materials, safety, and other relevant aspects.

• Manage daily activities of the quality control program. • Attend project pre-construction meetings to discuss the QMS Program and review Lessons Learned in the presence of subcontractors and manufacturers. • Train team members in the use of the quality control program and support question resolution pertaining to the program use. • Perform administrative set up of projects within the quality program database, assist in the support and maintenance of database program and assist in the implementation and audits the effectiveness of the quality program. • Ensure the quality program provides a fair and effective monitoring of the overall quality of the organization on a regular and timely basis. • Accumulate data from the quality control program for company utilization (for marketing, training, and areas of improvement/best practices). • Conduct jobsite inspections/audits to ensure that quality controls are in place and report findings to the Project Team and Leadership. • Perform quality control inspections of installations as they are being put in place to ensure strict compliance and coordination with the contract documents. • Work with the Service Team Manager for incorporating checklist items into QMS System based on warranty callback items. • Inspect products, materials, and equipment as they arrive at the jobsite to ensure compliance with the contract documents and approved submittals. • Ensure manufacturer, fabricator and installer qualifications are current and applicable based on the contract requirements. • Coordinate required sampling of work in a timely manner with sufficient time for testing and analyzing results to prevent delaying work. • Coordinate and maintain jobsite test and inspection plan and subsequent logs ensuring all documentation is current including any changes to the work or design criteria. • Create and maintain an approved Project Specific Quality Control Plan.

• Assist MEP Project Manager in locating and evaluating potential subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. • Assist in developing scopes of work for review and approval of MEP Project Manager. • Assist in the development of MEP project schedule within the entire construction schedule. • Prepare estimates in areas of MEP self-performed work, and assist in complete project estimate. • Assist in selection of qualified bidders and negotiate final prices. • Assist in the preparation of various reports, i.e. cost to complete, monthly billings, and status reports. • Review all drawings, i.e. P&IDs, Mechanical, Electrical, Shop, Architectural, Structural, etc. when they are issued to the field and coordinate and maintain a current set at all times. • Assist in pricing work, draft changes and change orders to be reviewed by MEP Project Manager. • Assist in ensuring customer satisfaction with the project. • Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion. • Schedule work, including subcontractors. • Assist in the productivity and quantity tracking of the subcontractors installed work. • Determine materials, equipment and tools needed. • Secure appropriate supply sources. • Set up and close out construction site. • Serve as on-site Safety Officer when one is not specifically assigned to the project. • Responsible for communication, implementation, and enforcement of Gray’s safety program on site. • Other duties may be assigned.

• Function as the overall Site Manager during off rotation for the Site Manager • Assist in developing scopes of work for review and approval • Assist in the development and management of project schedule • Prepare estimates in areas of self-performed work and assist in complete project estimate • Solicit prices from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for review and approval • Assist in selection of qualified bidders, negotiate final prices, draft subcontracts and purchase orders • Review all drawings and coordinate and maintain a current set at all times • Study specifications to plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements • Ensure required inspections are conducted per the project specifications • Communicate and enforce Gray’s safety program on site

• Oversee all field operations nationwide, ensuring projects are executed per the devised plans. • Directly supervise General Superintendents in Place & Finish, Field Engineering, and Project domains. • Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure meticulous execution by the field team. • Source, direct, and align manpower resources to meet project execution goals. • Maintain robust customer relationships, staying engaged with the customer throughout the project lifecycle. • Communicate effectively with customer management to resolve any conflicts or issues arising during various project phases. • Validate project status and provide recommendations to ensure execution goals are met. • Other duties as assigned.
