In this role, you will partner closely with Autodesk sales teams and authorized resellers to support the development, management, and execution of strategies that drive successful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Conduct in‑depth assessments of customer workflows and business processes to identify challenges and opportunities - Investigate and clearly articulate customer business needs, pain points, and technical requirements - Apply knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Autodesk solutions to recommend process improvements - Define and capture metrics to quantify customer value and support return on investment (ROI) justification - Design and deliver tailored solution demonstrations and product presentations aligned to customer business objectives - Lead technical sales discussions to support closing activities and drive adoption of Autodesk solutions - Position Autodesk’s differentiated value proposition in competitive sales scenarios - Deliver presentations and demonstrations in person, via web conferencing, or through other digital platforms - Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and solution direction - Build and maintain long‑term, trusted advisor relationships with customers and internal sales stakeholders - Collaborate with direct sales teams and reseller partners throughout the sales cycle - Support reseller success by mentoring and training partner personnel on technical sales execution - Contribute to internal sales enablement through the creation of technical sales content - Represent Autodesk at customer events, tradeshows, and company‑sponsored initiatives Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years of relevant experience in the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations) industry - Hands‑on experience with Autodesk solutions like Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC/Forma etc. - Strong understanding of BIM theory, processes and workflows - Languages: Native Portuguese, fluent English; Spanish is a strong plus Preferred Qualifications - Background in Engineering or Architecture - Experience supporting enterprise or public sector customers is an advantage #LI-EP1 Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk!
