ZinierAutomation platform that helps field service orgs maintain critical assets driving sustainability and connectivity.
Who we are 80% of the workers across the globe are Deskless. These are the people who keep our lights on and gas flowing, build roads and bridges, run our manufacturing factories, ensure that we get healthcare service, and provide us with reliable phone and internet connectivity. As entrepreneurs, have we considered solving their problems and making them more productive? Zinier is a company on a mission to empower frontline workers - and the people supporting them - to achieve greater things for themselves and the world around them. With the majority of workers worldwide being deskless, Zinier recognizes the need for Technology Equity to improve the lives and productivity of these workers who keep the world up and running. We are a remote-first, global team headquartered in Silicon Valley, with a hybrid workforce across the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Singapore, and Bangalore, India, with leading investors that include Accel, ICONIQ Capital, Founders Fund, Newfund Capital, NGP Capital, Tiger Global Management, and Qualcomm Ventures LLC. What we are looking for Do you get fired up about solving complex operational challenges and building products that truly move the needle for customers? Zinier is looking for a strategically-minded, market-savvy Product Lead to take ownership of one of our core product categories. In this high-impact role, you’ll own your product category roadmap end-to-end: the ‘what’ and the ‘why’. You’ll spend significant time with customers—understanding their workflows, pain points, and unmet needs—to uncover opportunities that drive meaningful value. You’ll pair that deep customer insight with strong market awareness, identifying where we differentiate, what’s table stakes, and where true opportunities exist. Your product area will not exist in isolation. You’ll work closely with adjacent Product Leads, Product Architecture, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure alignment across the broader platform. You’ll help define not just what we build, but how we position and bring it to market—ensuring Sales, CS, and Marketing can clearly articulate its value. You won’t be responsible for day-to-day execution tasks like writing user stories or running standups—that’s the Product Owner’s domain. Instead, you’ll focus on defining clear, high-quality PRDs and strategic direction, enabling your Product Owner and engineering team to execute with precision. Bring your product intuition, customer empathy, and first-principles thinking. This is your opportunity to shape a key part of Zinier’s platform and drive meaningful impact across our customers and business. Where you are located Anywhere in the United States or United Kingdom; able to collaborate with customers and teams across continents as needed, either remotely or in-person (occasional travel required). You’ll work closely with fellow PMs in the UK/US, Product Architects, and a Product Owner in India, so flexibility across time zones is essential. What the role offers - Own your product category roadmap: Define and maintain the product direction—aligned to portfolio priorities and informed by deep customer and market insight - Spend meaningful time with customers: Conduct regular discovery sessions, on-site visits, and workshops with end users and operational leaders to understand workflows, uncover unmet needs, and validate product hypotheses with real-world evidence - Build and maintain market intelligence: Continuously assess the competitive landscape—understand where Zinier differentiates, what capabilities are table stakes, and where whitespace opportunities exist—to inform roadmap prioritisation and positioning - Partner with Go-to-Market teams: Work with Sales, CS, and Marketing to define customer journeys and value propositions; ensure demo environments, sales collateral, and enablement materials clearly showcase differentiated value - Collaborate with adjacent Product Leads: Work closely with other product owners across the platform to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and ensure your roadmap reinforces the broader product vision - Partner with Product Architecture: Engage early on technical feasibility, cross-stream dependency mapping, and platform coherence before PRDs enter the backlog - Write high-quality PRDs: Define clear problem statements, success criteria, and prioritisation (e.g., WSJF), grounded in customer evidence and market context - Hand off to your Product Owner with precision: Deliver finalised PRDs with wireframes, technical constraints, and clear acceptance criteria to enable efficient execution - Define quarterly OKRs for your product area: Set ambitious, measurable objectives aligned to portfolio priorities and track progress consistently - Champion evidence-based prioritisation: Synthesise customer insight, NPS feedback, support trends, usage data, and competitive intelligence into a prioritisation rationale stakeholders can trust What you’ll bring to the role - 5–7 years in product management within B2B SaaS: Proven track record owning a product stream, writing PRDs, and delivering measurable outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments - Deep domain expertise in scheduling, optimisation, or workforce management: Hands-on experience with scheduling engines, dispatch optimisation, constraint-based assignment, capacity planning, or route optimisation—ideally within field service management, logistics, or workforce management platforms - Strong market and competitive instinct: Experience building competitive intelligence, identifying differentiation opportunities, and translating market insight into roadmap decisions—you know the difference between table stakes and genuine advantage - Customer discovery expertise: Experienced at running discovery sessions, on-site visits, and workshops with operational users and executives; you know how to extract actionable insight from conversation and observation - Exceptional problem framing: You define problems before jumping to solutions; your PRDs start with ‘why’ and ‘for whom’, not ‘build this feature’ - Strategic thinker with bias to action: Balance long-term vision with tactical execution; make decisions with 70% data, iterate fast, and course-correct without hesitation - Cross-functional collaboration: Comfortable working across product streams, aligning with fellow PMs on shared dependencies, and partnering with GTM teams to shape positioning and enablement - Stakeholder orchestration skills: Navigate multi-layered organisations, influence without authority, and craft compelling narratives for audiences ranging from field technicians to C-suite executives - Data-driven prioritisation: Comfortable with WSJF or equivalent frameworks; you score trade-offs rigorously and can defend sequencing decisions with evidence, not gut feel - Technical fluency: You don’t write code, but you understand APIs, data models, and algorithm trade-offs well enough to have credible conversations with engineers and architects - Be Hungry. Be Humble. Be Honest. And Hustle. Own the problem. Know the market. Be the reason our Scheduler becomes the industry standard. #LI-Remote
About Slickdeals: We believe shopping should feel like winning. That’s why 10 million people come to Slickdeals to swap tips, upvote the best finds, and share the thrill of a great deal. Together, our community has saved more than $10 billion over the past 26 years. We’re profitable, passionate, and in the middle of an exciting evolution—transforming from the internet’s most trusted deal forum into the go-to daily shopping destination. If you thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment where ideas turn into impact fast, you’ll fit right in. The Role: We're looking for a Product Manager who's energized by the full lifecycle of building, from messy early discovery to polished launch to post-ship iteration. You'll own meaningful parts of our product experience, work closely with engineering, design, and marketing, and make real decisions that affect millions of shoppers and the merchants who serve them. You'll report to the Director of Product Management and collaborate across the company to shape what Slickdeals looks and feels like next. What You'll Do: - Start with deep curiosity. Before forming opinions, you listen, research, and build genuine empathy with users. You understand the platform, its community, and its history before you start proposing changes. - Identify problems worth solving. You develop a grounded perspective on what's actually broken, then rigorously test whether solving it creates enough value to justify the investment over everything else that could be prioritized instead. - Build the case and earn alignment. You can articulate why a problem deserves investment, make the tradeoffs visible, and bring cross-functional partners along with you. You influence through clarity and rigor, not authority. - Ship things that matter. You drive features cross-functionally from alignment to launch, moving fast without losing alignment. You create clarity in ambiguous situations, surface blockers early, and keep stakeholders informed. - Report out honestly. You close the loop, sharing results and learnings with the team, whether the outcome was what you expected or not. You treat post-ship learning as part of the job, not an afterthought. - Contribute to product strategy. As you build context and credibility, you help shape where this area of the product is going and why. What We're Looking For: - 3–5 years of product management experience. You've shipped meaningful features at a consumer-facing company and have the scars to prove it, not just the wins. - A track record of scaling what works. You've taken something from early-stage to something bigger, improving, iterating, and growing a product or program that already had traction. You know how to build on a foundation, not just tear it down and start over. - Genuine curiosity and a low ego. You arrive at a new company ready to listen and learn, not to import playbooks from your last job. You ask questions before you form opinions, and you're comfortable being the least informed person in the room while you get up to speed. - Innate critical thinking. You can hold a complex problem, pressure-test assumptions, and identify what's actually true versus what just feels true. You know the difference between a real insight and a confirmation of what you already believed. - Strong analytical instincts. You're fluent in data. You know what to measure, how to interpret it, and when the numbers are telling you something uncomfortable that you need to act on anyway. - The interpersonal skills to move things. You build trust across engineering, design, data, marketing and you know that alignment is earned through relationships and clarity, not authority. - Patience and a long view. You understand that good product work takes time. You don't mistake speed for progress, and you don't look for shortcuts when thoroughness is what's actually required. - A bias toward ownership. You care whether the thing you shipped actually worked. You follow through, you close the loop, and you don't consider the job done at launch. LOCATION: San Mateo, CA or Las Vegas, NV Flexible hybrid schedule for employees located near our offices. Remote candidates within the United States will also be considered. Your role at DynatraceThe Sr Manager - AI Product Management owns the identification, prioritization, and successful adoption of AI-powered capabilities embedded into business operations. This role translates operational pain points into deployable AI solutions and ensures delivered automation produces measurable business outcomes. Working closely with AI engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders, the AI Product Manager defines use cases, manages delivery, and drives adoption of AI copilots and automated workflows powered by enterprise data platforms. The role focuses on applied AI — improving how work gets done — rather than research or model development. This role will report up into the VP of AI, Collaboration and Data's team. Your role at Dynatrace: - Partner with Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, and IT leaders to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can reduce manual effort, improve decision quality, or accelerate workflows. - Evaluate business processes for automation suitability — assessing volume, repeatability, decision complexity, and ROI potential — and maintain a prioritized backlog of AI opportunities across the organization. - Lead discovery and scoping sessions with business stakeholders to translate operational pain points into clear product requirements: define use cases, success metrics, and acceptance criteria for AI copilots, agents, and automated workflows. - Define user stories and requirements for AI-powered solutions — ensuring AI features integrate seamlessly into existing workflows rather than creating new tools employees must learn. - Partner with AI engineers and data teams to design grounded, reliable AI experiences: specify when AI should assist vs. when humans must decide, define human-in-the-loop escalation points, and shape solution approaches that balance automation with appropriate oversight. - Lead build/buy/partner evaluation for AI tooling and capabilities: assess SaaS vendor solutions, platform integrations, and custom-build trade-offs, and bring well-reasoned recommendations to engineering and leadership. - Own rollout, adoption, and change management: design communication plans, user training, and onboarding experiences that build trust and encourage usage; measure adoption curves and behavioral change to ensure delivered solutions are actually used. - Define acceptable use policies and decision thresholds for AI systems: determine when AI can auto-approve, auto-route, or auto-generate content vs. when human review is required — ensuring governance is practical and risk-appropriate for each use case. - Work with Legal, Risk, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure AI solutions meet data usage, privacy, and regulatory requirements — translating governance constraints into product guardrails that protect the organization without blocking adoption. - Own value realization: define success metrics (productivity gains, cycle time reduction, cost savings, manual work eliminated), build ROI dashboards in partnership with Data Analytics, monitor adoption and operational impact, and present value updates to leadership on a regular cadence. - Track performance of deployed AI solutions: monitor accuracy, usefulness, user satisfaction, and business outcomes; identify improvement opportunities, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions to drive continuous improvement. - Build a repeatable AI operating model: document lessons learned, standardize delivery practices, and identify expansion opportunities where proven AI patterns can be applied to new departments or workflows. This is a remote eligible position. Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Boston, MA; Detroit, MI; Denver, CO; and Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid (2 days per week) out of our Dyntrace office. Candidates are required to work EST hours for this position. What will help you succeedMinimum Requirements: - 5+ years of product management, operations transformation, or business systems experience — with a proven track record delivering workflow automation or enterprise software solutions that improved how teams work. Preferred Requirements: - Deep understanding some or all corporate functions — Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, or IT — including familiarity with their workflows, approval processes, pain points, and what constitutes a meaningful improvement in each context. - Proven ability to translate business processes into technical requirements: decompose messy operational workflows into structured specs that engineers can build against. - Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills: comfortable leading discovery sessions with senior business leaders, white-boarding process flows, and presenting solution proposals to non-technical audiences. - Experience defining KPIs and measuring operational outcomes: not just feature delivery, but whether work actually gets done faster, with less effort, or with better quality as a result of the solution. - Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or similar business systems where AI capabilities are embedded into existing workflows. - Exposure to data platforms (Snowflake, data warehouses, analytics environments, or BI tools) and an understanding of how enterprise data flows support AI-powered automation. - Working knowledge of generative AI capabilities: RAG-powered search, AI copilots, document intelligence, and agentic workflows — enough to evaluate vendor claims and spec realistic solutions. - Experience managing change management and adoption initiatives: driving user training, measuring behavioral change, and ensuring delivered technology is actually adopted by teams. - Track record running Agile delivery: sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and data teams. - Experience owning build/buy/partner decisions: evaluating SaaS vendors, platform integrations, and custom development trade-offs, and communicating recommendations to leadership. - Familiarity with responsible AI principles: understanding data privacy constraints, defining acceptable use policies, and working with Legal and Compliance on governance frameworks.
