Temporal Technologies
• Activate and implement new logo accounts and get them up and running on the platform • Identify activation and expansion opportunities within your customer base • Be responsible for the success of a broad book of business • Create and grow relationships with our champions • Drive consistent activity, pipeline development and quota attainment • Partner with product marketing to deliver proper messaging and content to Temporal Cloud customers • Design and execute programs to support the identification, design and productionisation of new case cases with your customers • Identify ICP accounts and pursue the right opportunities in the right accounts to drive ARR growth • Work closely with our Start Up Program team and Self Sign Up team to ensure success for the right new logo prospects
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience working in a Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Sales/Business Development
- A background and passion for advocating on behalf of your customers
- A mind for technology - we’ll teach you about Temporal and databases, but our customers and product are inherently technical and you should have an aptitude and curiosity to learn about those concepts
- The ability to act with a high level of autonomy, you will be expected to take full ownership of your customer portfolio and make key decisions to drive effective customer outcomes
- An entrepreneurial mindset - this is a new role at Temporal where you will be required to both deviate from established procedure and often build entirely new process or practices to ensure we best serve this customer segment
- Team player and passion for collaboration
- Prior experience to tooling like Salesforce, Slack, Outreach, Gong, CommonRoom
- Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus.
