HD Supply
• Lead and develop a team of 7 Renovations Plus, Construction Sales Consultants (CSCs) • Manage regional account portfolios and nationally approved renovation and installation programs • Develop and execute scalable renovation sales programs that drive growth and increase HD Supply sales • Influence key stakeholders across multiple organizational levels • Provide creative, solution-oriented approaches • Participate directly in sales calls to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities • Analyze business strategies impacting growth and financial performance • Provide guidance on complex or non-standard issues • Design and recommend sales and marketing programs • Set short- and long-term sales strategies • Develop and implement sales and customer retention programs
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Business-to-Business sales experience
- 3+ years of Sales Leadership experience
- Previous construction management experience preferred
- Renovation project experience preferred
- Organizational skills and knowledge of handheld technology
- Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, and more
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM
- Experience with consultative selling/solution selling preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote position
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
