This is not a service-based marketing sales role. This is a system sale. Account Executives sell the Success Center as a growth engine that helps businesses generate more opportunities, convert more leads, and reduce overhead through automation. We hire AEs who: - Treat prospecting like a professional athlete treats training - Take coaching seriously and crave improvement - Thrive in high-activity, high-accountability environments - Show emotional certainty on calls and confidently challenge buyer assumptions - Can handle rejection, stay resilient and close with authority This is a full-cycle, high-volume, outbound role for individuals who want to dominate their career, outperform their peers, and be paid accordingly. What Makes This Role Different Most sales roles sell features. You will sell outcomes — profitable growth, operational efficiency, and Day 1 success. You’ll be trained to guide business owners through their goals, diagnose gaps, challenge their thinking, and prescribe a clear, data-backed solution. You will own your results, your pipeline, your activity, and your income. -- *Important Note: We are prioritizing candidates located in Southern California (Orange County, San Diego and L.A.), Utah, Houston, Dallas, Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale and Chicago. This position can be remote, hybrid or in-office depending on candidate preference and location. Low-effort reps self-select out quickly — by design. -- Position Details - Base Salary: $60k - On-Target-Earnings (OTE): $100k-$175k Annually - Position Type: Full-time, Exempt - Schedule: Monday-Friday, typical business hours based on your time zone - For example: 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm plus 0-60 minutes for a lunch break per employee preference and manager’s approval - During training, you'll be required to match your manager's schedule after which you can adopt your preferred, approved schedule. - Work Locations: This position can be remote, hybrid or in-office depending on candidate preference and location.
