Nous recherchons un(e) Key Account Manager – Acquisition & Déploiement capable d’allier prospection terrain, accompagnement des établissements et conduite du changement. - Prospection & Développement commercial - Identifier les établissements prenant en charge des patients oncologiques dans votre région. - Contacter et qualifier les prospects, organiser des rendez-vous (phoning + terrain). - Réaliser des démonstrations adaptées aux interlocuteurs médicaux, paramédicaux, administratifs, DSI/DPO/RSSI et directions. - Présenter les bénéfices médicaux, organisationnels et économiques. - Suivre les cycles de décision (longs, multi-acteurs) et accompagner la contractualisation. - Gérer la relation partenariale avec les différents services de l’établissement. - Assurer un reporting mensuel sur le pipe, les opportunités et les actions. - Déploiement & Exécution opérationnelle - Piloter le déploiement : cadrage, ateliers, jalons, responsabilités. - Recueillir les besoins de paramétrage en fonction des organisations internes. - Mobiliser les équipes internes (Produit, Support, Interop, Contenu médical…). - Former les utilisateurs au démarrage et assurer la formation continue. - Suivre l’adoption : analyser les usages, identifier les freins, proposer des actions correctives. - Organiser des points réguliers avec les équipes médico-soignantes. - Présenter les nouvelles fonctionnalités / modules pour dynamiser l’adoption. - Assurer un mensuel sur les avancées des déploiements. - Utiliser les outils et méthodologies internes pour structurer les projets.
