Your primary goal is to capture new automotive dealer customers via daily outbound calling and selling efforts. Each Automotive Credit Account Executive must successfully build and maintain a pipeline of qualified customers. The ideal candidate will have a B2B Inside Sales background, be collaborative, assertive, organized, metrics-driven, and display strong accountability and focus. Role Overview: As an Automotive Credit Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales process—from the initial contact to closing deals. If you have a background in automotive financing or credit solutions or experience in automotive B2B sales, this role is ideal for you. - Engage Decision-Makers: Connect with General Managers, Controllers, and other key decision-makers in auto dealerships to understand their needs and present solutions. - Close Deals: Use your communication skills to overcome objections, perform needs analyses, and present cost comparisons while making outbound calls daily. What You’ll Do: - Manage the entire Auto Credit Solution sales cycle, including prospecting, running discovery calls and demos, negotiating, and closing new business. - Maintaining a solid pipeline of prospective customers will be critical to future success. - Reach the decision-makers in the automotive dealership space and negotiate deals from initial presentation through a signed contract. - Source and leverage Salesforce and other tools to manage pipeline, sales opportunities, and daily activities effectively. What You’ll Have: - Minimum of two (2) years of B2B sales experience in an outbound calling sales environment. - Minimum of one (1) year of auto dealership or selling into dealership experience. - Demonstrated success in prospecting for new customer relationships via telemarketing efforts. - Ability to understand the value proposition of a service offering and identify all opportunities to effectively communicate this offering to key dealership management and ownership level personnel. - A strong understanding of the sales process from initial contact to deal closure Preferred Experience: - Sales Experience: Whether you’ve worked in automotive sales, credit, or other B2B environments, we’re looking for candidates who can hit the ground running. - Exceptional Communication Skills: Proven ability to engage people and build relationships both over the phone and via email. - Self-Starter: Competitive, performance-driven, and able to work independently. - Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, dependable, with the drive to exceed goals and expectations. - Adaptability: Ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects What We Offer: - Competitive Pay: $110,000 OTE ($55,000 base and $55,000 commission) - Uncapped commission - Commission is paid out monthly - 4-month ramp - Unlimited PTO - Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. - 401(k) plan with company match. - Professional development opportunities and continuous training. - A supportive and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.
