• Meet or exceed maintenance and cloud sales objectives and quotas • Develop a renewal strategy and plan to retain and grow assigned business • Review metrics to help identify and close open and up-sell opportunities • Manage a team of renewal specialists to ensure goals are being met and business followed up on • Develop and manage sales forecasts via Salesforce.com in line with set targets, strategic plans, and operating budgets • Identify at-risk renewal clients early in the cycle and define and address issues inhibiting a successful, timely renewal • Negotiate terms that result in favorable outcomes for both Docusign and clients • Participate in internal customer strategic account process, ratifying account details and working with Adoption Services in identifying customers that need focus • Liaise cross-functional teams in a professional manner to ensure effective collaboration • Drive client partnerships by successfully calling on high-level executives and strategic thinkers, as well as working across all levels within an organization to ensure a win for the company • Identify trends and opportunities to improve the Renewals team’s internal processes • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system (SalesForce.com)
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in renewal management, consultative sales and /or business consulting
- 2+ years of experience in sales methodologies used to prospect within the account, consult with the client on business issues, create and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales
- 2+ years of experience leading teams
- Fluency in English to report and operate in an international market
- BS/BA degree
- Preferred Experience within a SaaS model
- Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically, Salesforce.com, etc
- Ability to identify, critique, suggest, and implement intelligent changes to the clients' business optimization processes
- Strong capacity for engagement and mastery across areas
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills to be able to interact effectively at all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to C-level
- Strong experience in forecast and result management (churn)
- Strong experience in people management and leadership skills
- Experience in Process Management
- Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
- Proficiency in Spanish.

Role Description The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing account strategies that drive specification and adoption of commercial roofing solutions across mission-critical data center projects.
