Coconut Software

• Hunt and close net-new Enterprise logos in Financial Services and fintech, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close • Build and execute focused territory and account plans for priority banks, credit unions, and wealth firms, with a disciplined approach to pipeline creation and progression • Lead long, complex Enterprise sales cycles, navigating RFP/RFI processes, InfoSec, Risk, Legal, and Procurement to keep high-value deals moving • Run high-impact discovery, demos, and value/ROI conversations with senior stakeholders across Digital, Operations, Marketing, Contact Center, and IT • Collaborate closely with BDRs, Marketing, and Solutions Engineers to design campaigns, accelerate deals, and win competitive evaluations

Job Requirements

  • Cumulative 10 years of proven full cycle sales experience, with at least 5 in Enterprise SaaS
  • Minimum 3+ years selling SaaS into Financial Institutions (banks, credit unions, or wealth management) at Enterprise scale, with a track record of new ARR from Tier 1–2 FIs
  • Experience selling into large buyer groups/many stakeholders
  • Genuine curiosity and thoughtfulness as you want to understand how this software achieves significant business impact
  • A track record of achieving annual revenue targets of $1M+ in new ARR with six figure+ ACV, multi-year SaaS deals in Enterprise accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience consistently exceeding target goals
  • Able to travel weekly/monthly as needed to meet the Coconut teams and prospective clients (valid passport required)
  • Unquestioned ethics and clarity around doing the right thing for our customers, for your co-workers and for the company
