• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue growth and margin targets • Serve as a strong advocate for your retail partners, with experience in the unique needs of eCommerce and club channels • Capture and communicate customer requirements and insights to improve execution • Monitor and report on market conditions, competitive activity, pricing, promotions, and assortment opportunities • Deliver accurate sell-in and sell-through forecasts based on trends, promotions, launches, and inventory dynamics • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to execute promotions and new product launches • Manage and optimize market development funds through comprehensive channel plans that drive revenue and awareness • Track inventory levels and sell-through performance to proactively manage risk and opportunity • Collaborate with accounting, legal, and finance teams to resolve account-related questions • Regularly review digital storefronts and customer experiences to ensure alignment with merchandising and advertising strategies • Identify and develop new growth opportunities within existing accounts and through new distribution channels
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably within CPG, CE, or appliances
- Experience managing Amazon and club retailers
- Understanding of revenue, margin and sales drivers
- Proven negotiation skills with a results-driven, hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
- Well-developed organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Fluency in English
