Role Description Du verantwortest den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Automatisierungslandschaft im Operations-Bereich und treibst die Skalierung unserer Prozesse aktiv mit. - Du entwickelst und betreibst produktionsreife Workflows mit Automatisierungsplattformen (z. B. n8n, Make), die Systeme nahtlos verbinden und operative Abläufe skalierbar machen. - Du konzipierst und implementierst AI-gestützte Lösungen End-to-End – von der Problemanalyse über das Prototyping bis zum produktiven Einsatz. - Du arbeitest cross-funktional mit Operations-Teams, Produktentwicklung und zentralen Services und steuerst Stakeholder eigenständig. - Du identifizierst Automatisierungspotenziale, priorisierst nach Impact und verantwortest die Automatisierungs-Roadmap. - Du baust perspektivisch ein kleines Team auf und betreust Werkstudenten und Praktikanten in diesem Bereich. Qualifications - Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science oder vergleichbar – oder nachweisbare praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Automatisierung/AI. - Erste Berufserfahrung (0–2 Jahre) in Automatisierung, Process Engineering oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle. - Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit Automatisierungsplattformen (z. B. n8n, Make, Zapier o. ä.). - Erfahrung mit Large Language Models und AI-APIs (z. B. Claude, GPT, Gemini): Prompt Engineering, API-Integration und Prototyping. - Erfahrung mit Python, JavaScript oder REST-APIs ist ein Plus. - Du denkst in Prozessen, priorisierst nach Impact und übersetzt komplexe operative Abläufe in elegante Automatisierungen. - Eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit Getting-things-done-Mentalität und Ownership. - Interesse an erneuerbaren Energien und der Energiewende. - Deutsch und Englisch fließend.
