Metrics and Performance - Meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals for outreach, meetings booked, and opportunities created. - Analyze and report on outreach performance, identifying areas for improvement What We’re Looking For - 2+ years in an SDR, BDR, or similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or health-tech environment. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets for meetings booked or opportunities generated. - Experience with multichannel prospecting, including email, calls, and social outreach. - Knowledge of growth tactics such as referral programs, events, or targeted campaigns. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling messages and confidently engage prospects. - Experience working with or selling to medical practices is a strong plus. - Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Amplemarket, Instantly, or similar platforms. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and proactively contributing to team goals.
