Decoda Health (YC S23) is building AI-powered solutions to streamline patient and provider journeys, reducing administrative burdens and improving efficiency for everyone involved. Role Description We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to be the driving force behind our top-of-funnel activities. Your role will be critical in identifying and engaging qualified leads, creating opportunities, and ultimately driving the growth of our AI-powered solutions in healthcare. Key Responsibilities Own the Top of the Funnel - Conduct outbound prospecting through email, calls, and social platforms to generate qualified leads. - Research and identify high-potential healthcare practices, leveraging tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot. - Craft personalized messaging and sequences to engage prospects effectively. - Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities. Lead Qualification - Use discovery techniques to assess prospect needs and fit with Decoda Health’s solutions. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM, tracking outreach, responses, and progress through the funnel. Crush Your Metrics - Collaborate with the founder to refine outreach strategies and messaging. - Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to improve targeting and conversion rates. Metrics and Performance - Meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals for outreach, meetings booked, and opportunities created. - Analyze and report on outreach performance, identifying areas for improvement What We’re Looking For - 2+ years in an SDR, BDR, or similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or health-tech environment. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets for meetings booked or opportunities generated. - Experience with multichannel prospecting, including email, calls, and social outreach. - Knowledge of growth tactics such as referral programs, events, or targeted campaigns. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling messages and confidently engage prospects. - Experience working with or selling to medical practices is a strong plus. - Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Amplemarket, Instantly, or similar platforms. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and proactively contributing to team goals. We’re now looking for a Growth Lead, Content & Marketing to help us build our inbound engine — driving awareness, credibility, and qualified leads across channels. Role Overview You will be the architect and executor of Decoda’s content and inbound strategy. Your goal will be to turn Decoda into a category-defining brand through powerful storytelling and disciplined experimentation. You’ll design campaigns that work across Instagram, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, SEO, and blogs, and you’ll measure what moves the needle — engagement, conversion, and qualified demos. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Production - Develop and execute a content strategy that amplifies Decoda’s voice across social, blog, and paid channels. - Produce and oversee short-form videos, carousels, posts, blogs, and customer stories that highlight how AI transforms clinic operations. - Maintain a consistent publishing cadence (3–5 posts/week) and create a library of reusable creative templates. Campaign Design & Experimentation - Design multi-channel growth experiments — test messaging, formats, and calls-to-action to identify what drives engagement and inbound leads. - Manage paid and organic performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, optimizing cost per lead. - Collaborate with the CEO and sales team to ensure content aligns with pipeline priorities and customer messaging. Measurement & Insights - Set up and manage analytics and attribution (GA4, Meta Insights, UTM tracking). - Track engagement, conversion, and funnel performance weekly. - Share insights and recommendations for scaling the most effective campaigns. Brand & Partnerships - Shape Decoda’s brand voice — intelligent, practical, trustworthy. - Support influencer, media, or clinic partnerships through co-branded campaigns and content collaborations. - Help launch key announcements, product releases, and case studies. Required Skills - 3+ years of experience in growth, content marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS, DTC, or healthcare. - Proven ability to create and ship high-quality content across multiple formats (video, copy, blog, social). - Deep understanding of digital channels — Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google SEO, and LinkedIn. - Basic proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Meta Business Suite) and performance tracking. - Strong copywriting skills with a sharp eye for visuals and storytelling. - Hands-on with creative tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or Figma). - Comfortable running experiments and making data-informed decisions. Nice to Have - Experience building inbound funnels from scratch at a high-growth startup. - Understanding of healthcare, wellness, or clinic-based businesses. - Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks or growth automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, etc.). - Experience producing video content (on-camera or directing talent). - Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush) and content ops workflows (Notion, Asana). Role Description We are looking for an Account Executive to own the sales process from first meeting to close. This role focuses exclusively on closing qualified, pre booked opportunities generated by our go to market engine. You will work directly with founders and operators at healthcare practices to understand their business, clearly articulate ROI, and confidently drive decisions. This is a true closing role. Key Responsibilities Own the Close - Run discovery and demo calls with qualified inbound and outbound leads. - Understand practice workflows, revenue challenges, and specific decision criteria. - Present Decoda Health’s solution with clarity, confidence, and conviction. - Manage the full cycle, including handling objections, pricing conversations, and contract negotiations. - Drive deals to close efficiently and predictably to meet growth targets. Pipeline and Deal Management - Maintain CRM hygiene by keeping accurate deal stages, notes, and forecasts up to date. - Follow up decisively to maintain momentum and move opportunities through the funnel. - Partner with the Head of Sales to ensure seamless handoffs and maintain high deal quality.
