Performance Strategy Analyst

• Monitor Revenue vs. Spend at a granular level to ensure the campaign performance and profit targets are being met • Identify accounts where performance is dipping or costs are spiking and proactively flag them • Own the daily pacing reports, ensuring that spend remains optimized for maximum results • Serve as the first point of contact for Client Experience and Media Ops teams • Resolution of daily issues (data discrepancies, campaign performance questions, etc.) • Take complex performance shifts and assist CX and Ops in the translation into client-ready stories • Track the day-to-day results of new strategy pilots • Report back on how new features are behaving to inform future technical iterations
Job Requirements
- Proactive problem solver who identifies performance anomalies
- Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, Video)
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing mid-to-large scale campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience working in campaign management and automation tools such as Google Marketing Platform
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, or AdTheorent (nice to have)
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI (nice to have)

• Exercise incident handling processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms • Perform basic malware analysis • Develop and improve processes for incident detection and execution of countermeasures • Produce high-quality written and verbal communications to customer management. • Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts, CrowdCasts, and public speaking events.
