• Lead Complex Airport Projects • Manage day-to-day execution of TSA checkpoint construction and systems integration activities. • Drive projects to successful completion while meeting schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives. • Anticipate and resolve issues that may impact project delivery. • Serve as the primary on-site liaison between TSA, airport authorities, contractors, designers, and project teams. • Facilitate communication among multiple stakeholders to maintain project momentum. • Support project meetings, reporting, and progress reviews. • Ensure all work complies with applicable federal, state, local, and airport requirements. • Review construction approaches and design alternatives to support efficient project delivery. • Verify compliance with TSA Checkpoint Requirements and Planning Guide (CRPG) standards. • Direct daily activities of contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel. • Monitor quality assurance, safety, schedule performance, and construction progress. • Identify risks early and implement corrective actions. • Apply expertise in airport construction practices including: Electrical infrastructure, Seismic considerations, Floor loading requirements, Rigging and equipment installation, Operational impacts within active airport environments.

• Collect, validate, analyze, and integrate information from multiple sources (to include raw data) to produce finished deliverables and services that enable private and public sector customers make informed decisions. • Work with program leadership to assess the clients’ goals and desired end states to better define the core requirements and design research methodologies and instrumentation to drive primary and secondary research and analysis. • Work with program leadership to develop, conduct, and manage an assessment methodology to meet client objectives. • Manage clients, partners, and vendors to ensure a collegial working environment and seamless delivery of high-quality reporting. • Perform gap analysis to ensure assessment/research plans, instruments, and datasets address all data collection objectives and satisfy client requirements; articulate information gaps and make recommendations. • Develop information collection strategies using all source methodologies with a focus on leveraging local indigenous sources and secondary research to include social media analysis. • Develop and refine research and analysis methodologies and explore new sources and methods to acquire information in areas of interest. • Fuse and integrate streams of disparate information to produce finished written analytical products that define the problem, methodologies, key findings, gaps, assessment and recommendations. • Ability to “write for release,” which entails evaluating the source and packaging the research in a way that protects proprietary methodologies yet comprehensively conveys project findings to satisfy requirements. • Provide research expertise and analysis in support directed analytical efforts in response to Requests for Information. • Support research and development efforts related to Culmen’s leadership’s engagement with higher learning institutions and clients. • Support Culmen’s leadership’s business development and marketing efforts as required.

• Lead end-to-end proposal management for federal, state, local, and international opportunities and provide ad hoc proposal support, as requested • Integrate cross-functional teams (capture, technical, pricing, recruiting, teammates, leadership) to implement capture strategies and exceed solicitation scoring expectations. • Analyze, review, and fully understand solicitation language to ensure compliance. • Apply strong communication and problem-solving skills to guide development of tailored, winning solutions. • Ensure on-time delivery of compliant, compelling proposals for all assigned opportunities. • Write and edit proposal content, including executive summaries, past performance, resumes, and management/technical content as needed. • Oversee proposal production, formatting, graphics coordination/development, quality assurance, and final delivery. • Manage version control, access, and collaboration tools to support efficient proposal development. • Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, and overall team efficiency. • Maintain proposal content libraries and serve as a subject matter expert to internal teams.

• Direct Support to Payroll Manager: Act as a reliable right hand to the Manager assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, audit preparation, and special financial projects. • US Payroll Processing: Assist in the end-to-end processing of semi-monthly payroll for about 330+ employees, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness. • Tax Setup & Compliance: Manage the accurate setup and maintenance of Federal, State, and Local tax profiles (W-4s, SIT/SUI) for a diverse workforce. • Data Integrity: Handle high-volume input of hours, deductions and employee record changes; proactively identifying and flagging discrepancies. • Digital Record Management: Maintain and organize 100% digital payroll records, ensuring all documentation is securely archived and audit-ready within our electronic systems. • Financial Learning: Assist in basic reconciliations and reporting to gain a deeper understanding of the intersection between payroll and corporate accounting.

• Collect, validate, analyze, and integrate information from multiple sources, including raw and incomplete data, to produce high-quality finished intelligence and analytical deliverables that enable private and public sector clients to make informed operational and strategic decisions. • Perform detailed multi-source imagery data exploitation, geospatial integration and contextualization writing in support of Project Leads, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and written Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs). • Lead projects and develop collection and analysis strategies using all-source methodologies, with a focus on leveraging local indigenous sources, locally sourced imagery, secondary research, social media analysis, publicly available geospatial data, and commercial satellite imagery to answer client requirements. • Develop, refine, and continuously improve research and analytical methodologies; evaluate emerging sources, tools, and collection approaches; and recommend new methods to enhance project quality, efficiency, and insight generation. • Fuse and integrate disparate streams of information to produce finished written analytical products that clearly define the problem, outline methodology, assess key findings, identify gaps and assumptions, and provide well-reasoned judgments and recommendations. • Adhere to Culmen International Writing Style guide and aim to “write for release” which entails evaluating the source and packaging the research in a way that protects proprietary methodologies. • Perform requirements-based Secondary Research (desktop or online research) and be able to author original written reports on findings and document sources; must have an understanding of Operational Security while online to include use of non-attributable search methods. • Perform gap analysis on field and final analytical products to ensure deliverables address all collection objectives, satisfy client requirements, and meet quality standards; clearly articulate intelligence gaps, collection shortfalls, and recommendations for follow-on action. • Geospatial analysis. Ability to interpret maps and overhead/satellite imagery and compare with ground-acquired event data (to include hand-held imagery, social media imagery, news coverage) to deduce geolocation and exploit information. • Provide substantive research expertise and analytical support for directed efforts, including rapid-turn and high-priority Requests for Information (RFIs), while managing competing deadlines and evolving client requirements. • Support data management, knowledge management, and filing protocols to ensure analytical integrity and efficient retrieval of project materials. • Coordinate across project teams to support planning, workflow management, and internal communication on project status, deliverables, and deadlines. • Assist in developing, maintaining, and training team-level written SOP and TTPs.

• Deliver instructor-led training, workshops, and mentoring to partner nation investigators, cybercrime units, intelligence personnel, and prosecutors. • Advise counterparts on technology-enabled counterterrorism and counter radicalization investigations involving gaming platforms, social media, encrypted communications, and online extremist networks. • Provide technical guidance on digital evidence collection, preservation, chain of custody, and case development. • Mentor investigators on OSINT, social media exploitation, network analysis, and intelligence-led investigations. • Support the operational application of AI-enabled analytical tools, threat intelligence platforms, and digital analytics to strengthen investigative capabilities. • Assist in developing investigative SOPs, training materials, tabletop exercises, and practical job aids. • Support the establishment of multi-agency investigative coordination mechanisms and facilitate investigator-prosecutor collaboration. • Contribute to technical assessments, after-action reviews, and recommendations for institutional strengthening.
