• Lead end-to-end strategic pursuits for large, complex, multi-service opportunities. • Drive pursuit strategy across sales, consulting, delivery, finance, legal, alliances, and executive leadership. • Shape deal positioning early in the sales cycle to influence client thinking before formal procurement begins. • Identify and strengthen competitive differentiation against global systems integrators and consulting firms. • Develop win strategies grounded in client business drivers, transformation objectives, and stakeholder motivations. • Facilitate executive alignment around pursuit direction, messaging, pricing strategy, and commercial positioning. • Build persuasive, audience-centric messaging for strategic pursuits. • Translate complex technical and operational capabilities into business-relevant outcomes. • Create compelling executive summary narratives that connect transformation initiatives to measurable business value. • Develop differentiated Points of View (POVs) that shape how clients perceive business challenges and opportunities. • Guide teams in the creation of persuasive presentations, workshops, proposals, demonstrations, and executive briefings. • Drive message consistency across all client-facing artifacts. • Coach pursuit teams and executives on high-stakes communication effectiveness. • Facilitate solution alignment sessions and strategic storyline workshops. • Partner with solution architects and SMEs to simplify complexity without losing credibility. • Ensure evidence, case studies, proof points, and transformation outcomes reinforce strategic positioning. • Maintain quality control across messaging, narrative flow, and executive readability. • Analyze competitor positioning, messaging strategies, and market narratives. • Develop pursuit positioning that differentiates beyond technical capability and price. • Identify strategic messaging opportunities based on industry shifts, AI transformation trends, operating model evolution, and business disruption.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic pursuits, bid leadership, enterprise sales support, consulting, or transformation strategy
  • Experience leading large, complex, multi-million-dollar technology or business transformation pursuits
  • Proven success supporting or leading enterprise deals in large SI organizations
  • Experience creating executive presentations, strategic proposals, or transformation narratives
  • Demonstrated ability to lead highly matrixed teams under deadline pressure
  • Experience supporting oral presentations, client workshops, and strategic pursuit meetings

This is a home-based role (applicants must reside in the UK), though occasional travel may be required for face-to-face meetings and training within the UK. As our Information Governance and Compliance Officer your key responsibilities will be: - Process and manage information rights requests, including Subject Access Requests (SARs), ensuring they are handled within statutory timescales. Review records prior to release, undertaking necessary redactions to ensure legislative compliance. - Ensure compliance with key data protection and information access legislation, including UK GDPR, DPA 2018, and healthcare regulations. - Administer the Data Security and Protection Toolkit, including monitoring and co-ordination of activities to support it and the development and maintenance of improvement /action plans. - Co-ordinate the work of the IG Steering Group, liaising with attendees including SIRO and Caldicott Guardian and other associated subgroups as established. Assist in providing reports and minutes. - To promote data protection by design and default. - To understand the requirement for appropriate levels of information sharing arrangements commensurate with a data controller’s requirements and develop the use of template agreements and their implementation. - To identify and support completion and compliance with Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA). - To work to promote risk awareness and a culture of openness throughout PUK so that IG is an integral part of daily work. - To represent and act as lead advisor on all aspects of IG in the absence of the DPO. - To respond to staff, patients and other professional bodies, requesting support and guidance and the establishment of an IG advice log. - Support and assist the development and maturity of both the Information Asset Register and Record of Processing Activity and data flow mapping. - To actively contribute to the formation each year of a TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and support with the delivery and design of appropriate courses.
