Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead full-cycle recruitment across a portfolio of clinics in Western Canada. - This role is open to candidates based in Kelowna and the surrounding Okanagan region (including West Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton, and nearby communities). - Candidates must be located within this region to support local clinics and travel regularly across British Columbia, with occasional travel to Alberta as needed. - This role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic partnership, requiring someone who can manage high-volume hiring while building strong relationships with clinic leaders and driving proactive sourcing strategies. - You’ll operate as a trusted partner to the business, supporting clinic hiring needs while helping to strengthen recruitment practices and processes. - Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of roles, from intake through to offer. - Partner with hiring managers to develop strategic hiring plans aligned with business needs. - Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing for hard-to-fill roles. - Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and recruitment tools. - Deliver a strong candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups. - Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and attract talent. - Ensure compliance with employment standards and internal hiring practices. - Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and candidate selection. - Partner with HR and Payroll to support smooth onboarding and hiring processes. - Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, workflows, and efficiency. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in healthcare, dental, or professional services. - Experience supporting multi-site or regional hiring environments. - Strong sourcing capabilities, including direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement. - Experience using ATS and HRIS systems. - Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities. - High level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
