We are looking for a Jr. Recruiter professional who can manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a solid understanding of hiring best practices, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent to drive company success. This is a fixed-term contract for 5 months.
Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sourcer or in related fields.
- Based in Colombia.
- Responsabilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment events
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the ATS and maintain accurate recruitment records
- Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting company culture and values
- Support employer branding initiatives, including social media and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Collaboration & Hiring Support
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Provide guidance on candidate selection and hiring best practices
- Support onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness)
- Provide regular updates and reports to P&C leadership
