Role Description The Onboarding Manager is the front-line lead for clinic onboarding and integration across Alberta. This is a remote/field-based role in Alberta, responsible for working directly with newly integrated clinics to ensure a smooth and well-supported transition into the 123Dentist network. You will act as the primary point of contact for Partner Dentists, Office Managers, and clinic teams throughout the onboarding journey. You will guide clinics through operational, technical, and people-related transitions, ensuring readiness for Day 1 and supporting stabilization post go-live. This role is highly hands-on and requires someone who is comfortable working in clinics, navigating change, and ensuring every location feels supported and set up for success.
