• Build and run the operational backbone of Infisical's GTM organization • Administer and integrate the full GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Clay, etc.) • Build dashboards and establish the analytical foundation connecting marketing metrics through pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes • Consult on forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and segmentation to support rapid go-to-market expansion • Design and execute onboarding, skill development, and certification programs • Partner with SMEs across sales, marketing, operations, and engineering to produce sales-ready content and maintain a single source of truth for GTM playbooks

• Build and run the operational backbone of Infisical's GTM organization. • Administer and integrate the full GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Clay, etc.), design end-to-end process workflows and data flows, and lead tooling decisions. • Build dashboards and establish the analytical foundation connecting marketing metrics through pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes. • Consult on forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and segmentation to support rapid go-to-market expansion. • Design and execute onboarding, skill development, and certification programs, operationalizing sales methodology.

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing candidates. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across engineering, product, GTM, etc. • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and process improvements. • Experiment with creative sourcing techniques and branding strategies.

• Own vulnerability management end-to-end while continuously testing and improving the security of our systems (APIs, auth, access control) • Build tooling and automation to proactively detect, prevent, and remediate security issues while elevating secure coding practices across the team • Support broader security efforts including compliance, certifications, and collaboration with external security researchers

• Create and publish technical content — across educational videos, technical documentation, demos, and more — to help developers understand and use Infisical. • Engage across platforms like Reddit, X, Slack, and LinkedIn to drive visibility and participate in relevant developer conversations. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including code samples, implementation guides, and feature references. • Collaborate with engineering and marketing to shape how we position technical features and communicate product value. • Help define and evolve our developer-facing voice, presence, and community strategy as the company scales. • Represent Infisical at technical conferences, meetups, and podcasts, communicating real-world solutions to real-world problems.

• Develop and maintain features whilst communicating directly with enterprise customers. • Expand our newer Infisical PKI, Infisical SSH, and Infisical KMS product lines. • Experiment with novel approaches for applying AI to secrets management and more broadly security infrastructure.

• Revamp and elevate the look, feel, and usability of Infisical • Own the design system and build a reusable component library • Be the design voice on the team to unblock UX questions • Build features from concept to production focusing on frontend experience

• Write and publish blog content including technical deep-dives, product explainers, SEO-driven articles, best practice guides, thought pieces, and more. • Optimize blog content for readability, technical accuracy, and discoverability. • Translate internal technical work (e.g., new product launches like Infisical PKI or Infisical SSH) into digestible, engaging content. • Help define and evolve our content voice, style, and structure as the company scales.

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for an exceptional Web Engineer to own https://infisical.com and show the world what we're about. As the first project in this role, you'll work with design and marketing to overhaul the landing page into something timeless, iconic, and elegant to drive organic traffic and user adoption. This role is for someone who has a frontend-leaning full stack engineering background, who obsesses over creating pixel-perfect experiences, and who is motivated to help build out our growth engine. You'll work closely with our co-founder, design, and marketing to: - Translate design mockups into pixel-perfect, reusable components. - Build and maintain core website pages (home, product, blogs, learning/resource hub etc.), frontend architecture, code quality, CMS integration and experience. - Implement SEO best practices. - Integrate analytics, attribution, and marketing tooling - Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, etc. Requirements - Deep mastery of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and frameworks like React/Next.js. - Experience building high-quality frontend systems and components with strong attention to performance, accessibility, and maintainability. - Exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to learn. - Bias toward action: able to make decisions, iterate quickly, and take calculated risks. - Based in the Americas (SF preferred) or able to work EST hours. Bonus - Technical SEO fundamentals. - Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful, Sanity, etc.). - Experience configuring website analytics/marketing platform integrations such as with Google Analytics and HubSpot. - Experience with developer-facing products or startups.
