Senior Product Manager, Developer Productivity

Webflow

• Partner with the Developer Productivity engineering team. • Track and report on developer experience health. • Deliver platform improvements across CI/CD, build systems, developer environments, and observability. • Write specs and requirements for engineers. • Evaluate the integration of AI into developer workflows. • Communicate platform health and tradeoffs with leadership. • Keep feedback loops tight between engineers and development teams.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Ability to read code and engage substantively with technical architecture
  • Familiarity with developer tooling: CI/CD systems, build pipelines, observability platforms, local dev environments.
  • Fluency in developer productivity metrics.
