• Develop and enhance solutions on the PEGA platform focused on fraud and anti-money laundering prevention processes. • Participate in the technical definition of solutions, supporting the design of flows and automations. • Develop integrations between the PEGA platform and corporate systems. • Support the definition of process architecture and application structure on the platform. • Perform technical analyses and assist in resolving more complex issues. • Provide technical guidance to squad developers when necessary. • Ensure technical quality, adherence to best practices, and platform governance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT.
  • Solid experience developing on the PEGA platform.
  • Experience building complex flows, business rules, and process automations.
  • Experience with integrations via APIs and corporate services.
  • Knowledge of solution architecture on the PEGA platform.
  • Experience working in agile teams and multidisciplinary squads.
  • PEGA CSA or CSSA certification is a plus.
  • Experience in anti-fraud, compliance, or anti-money laundering (AML) projects is desirable.
  • Knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA / microservices) is a plus.
  • Experience providing technical support or mentoring developers is desirable.

As a Lead Extend Developer (Consultant) in Kainos, you’ll lead a team of specialist extend consultants on a project, ensuring the successful delivery of extend solutions for the cloud based Workday system. As a knowledgeable expert in Extend, you will work closely with customers to lead the Workday Extend project, and will scope, gather requirements, document, implement, deploy and support applications, using the Workday Extend platform toolset.
