About the role: We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and manage the delivery of a diverse range of projects across Zepz. Reporting to the People Director you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing OKRs on time and within budget. You will own defined OKRs ensuring delivery of our strategic priorities (aka “big rocks”) across the year. These are not project coordination or admin roles. Both require thought leadership and delivery skills, taking end to end ownership of defined deliverables according to agreed milestones. For example, OKRs will be focused around embedding our next gen commitments, our culture, our operating model, embedding our performance philosophy, and increasing our teams understanding of our business.
